HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Called in July, 2011 to have flood damage in basement cleaned. Showed up without appointments and didn’t show for some. Spent a total of 2 hours basically just tearing up about a total of 10 sq ft of damaged carpet and left. Then called and told me they couldn’t match carpet after tearing it apart. I was asked to go find my own carpet and bring it back to my house and they would install it. $ 700 for nothing. It’s still in shambles.

Not reliable! Scheduled a one hour service and they cancelled twice, after I had to call them multiple times to figure out why they hadn’t showed yet! Ridiculous!
