Rudy is a gem. So helpful, so knowledgable, and kind. We had the pleasure of working with him on two properties, one of which required special arrangements since we were out of town. Rudy was great! Super accommodating and very detailed in his report back to us. He encouraged questions and was very transparent about what he observed. He never over stated potential issues but was very forthcoming about his inspection. The second property we worked on was the winner! Again, Rudy was amazing. So thorough and honest. Rudy did a great job. Very professional & knowledgeable about all aspects of the home. He took his time and was clean and careful about his business. Report also checks for all recalls on the mechanical s for the house. He spend 4 hours inspecting the home in 90 degree heat. He is prepared for any situation. Get inspected by a PRO — Use Rudy!
