Awful! Over 2 months and no one came to fix yard. Manager goes on vacation (lauren) and dont have anyone to respond ti emails in timely fashion. Secretary (alyssa) is rude and will blame you for her mistakes (not calling when repairman is late or in this case not coming at all)

Don’t rent here if you want your deposit back. See my other review for «Franklin Villa» which they manage. I see they have gotten rid of their old Unilocal listings (that had horrible and well deserved reviews). So I’m posting this to help others from renting from these people.
They honestly don’t give a shit about the condition of the apartments/​buildings or the tenants. They lie, cheat and try to steal your deposit.
Building also needs to be upgraded, buts that’s neither here or there.
Too bad because they have some nicely located buildings with nice people close to Germantown Ave.
Stay away, you have been warned!
I would only move in here if I was a lawyer, so I could have free legal fees when push comes to shove.
