What a great shop. We dropped in looking for some bike shoes and the guy who helped us out was super friendly and patient. I was really impressed by how knowledgable he was. They installed the cleats for us and we left with a good experience and great shoes. I’ll be coming back here for any cycling-​related needs in the future.

Best bike shop ever!

I love this place. I was in a minor accident and brought my bike in, and they were so kind to me. A few weeks later I was in the market for a road bike and Nathan, one of the sales guys, spent an hour talking through things with me. I tested one bike and when they didn’t have a comparator in stock, Nathan found one for me at another shop –connected me to the owner via email. I ended up buying the other bike from the other shop, but Keswick will get my business. They also sponsor the Bike MS ride, which I participate in.

Just bought a Mt Bike for my wife this week. Guys at shop truly enjoy their job, kind and nice people. I was planning to visit multiple shops before buying one but I didn’t have to do so. You should go there if you want to make bike friends.

Keswick Cycle is a real cyclist’s shop. Not only do they stock an excellent selection of equipment and accessories, but the full gamut of bikes… from 12 inch kids’ bikes to carbon fiber purebred racing machines, and most things in between. The staff is among the most consistently knowledgable ones I’ve experienced in the area. I’ve been to two of their three shops; I’m not sure which I like better. During the past week, one of the sales guys named Mark worked with me in finding a new bike. He bent over backwards making sure that I was getting what was perfectly suited to me. Jim, the manager, made sure that the size and fit worked perfectly for me. They’d rather lose a sale than sell you a bike that doesn’t fit properly. They back up their sales with one of the best service departments in the area.
I’m really a service oriented customer. I’ll drive well out of my area if I believe that I’m getting the best service from that merchant. Keswick Cycle is one of those merchants. To prove my point, I drove almost an hour to get there when it was time to test ride my new bike. The reason I did that was just to meet the people who had helped me so much.

My parents purchased my first bike for me here and I’ve been coming back for over 20 years. The service and knowledgeable staff is unparalleled. Unlike many of the shops in Philadelphia, you don’t need to feel awkward if you’re not an insane bike enthusiast. I ride my bike for recreation and always feel that my questions are answered honestly and professionally. The staff is very friendly — they like bikes and want you to like them, too, so they have always seemed to be very enthusiastic about pairing up customers with a good ride. Keswick never comes across as snobby and they cater well to families, competitors, and everyone in between. They can outfit you with something basic to ride around the neighborhood or take you to the high end for triathlons and beyond depending on your taste, lifestyle, and budget. They also carry an impressive array of accessories including helmets, tire pumps, and car racks. The on-​site workshop means that the mechanics will have your bike tuned-​up and back to you within a week or two depending on the season. The Glenside location also has plenty of space for you to take a test ride without having to worry about colliding with pedestrians or cars.

Keswick cycle helped me purchase my first bike shop in years. They were recommended by a friend so I decided to go up and check it out.
After a few minutes walking around the store, someone came and helped me out — I explained my budget, what I was looking for, and they showed me options that fit both the parameters. I ended up purchasing a bike and the service plan, which was $ 69.99 for 3 years — it’s a deal considering that most service is that each time you go. Great staff, good selection — I’ll come here again.

This is my local go-​to cycling shop and I love it. I use them for services, parts and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They almost always have what I’m looking for and if not, they order it for me making sure I get it quick. These guys also do some awesome group rides during the week and being someone who is not native to this area, it’s been a big help it helping me explore the area on my bike. I truly can’t say enough great things about these guys so go visit them and find out for yourself!

My husband, son and I went to Keswick cycle 2 weeks ago to purchase helmets. The men working in the store were by far the nicest people I had ever met! The gentlemen that waited on us, helped us find the right helmets for all 3 of us and then told us about a rebate through our health insurance that we had no idea about! I highly recommend Keswick cycle!

I shopped this store and was impressed. Staff was nice and helpful and let me test ride a bike. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy anything here and in some ways regret not doing so, because its very convenient, but I just didn’t find the bike I wanted in my price range sadly.
I know a guy who is a competitive racer and he swears by the store and he would know way better than I would. I will definitely go there in the future for parts/​accessories or my next bike.

Keswick cycle is probably the most balanced local bike shop I’ve ever been too. Usually you either have ultra high end shops that give off a bad vibe, or lower end shops that don’t carry good stuff or have knowledgeable people. Keswick is probably the best of both worlds.
If you want an ultra high end wunderbike (Cervelo, S-​works), they can do it. If you just want a basic but good mountain or road bike, Keswick can handle that as well. Every employee I’ve met is friendly, and as an added plus the shop is always playing good music.
If you do buy a new bike from Keswick, get maintenance plan. Its too good of a deal to pass up.

Keswick Cycle has a fantastic selection of bikes at all the price points. The sales staff there are very knowledgeable, helpful, and everyone I’ve met that works there has been super friendly.
The selection of accessories is great and I’ve had nothing but quick helpful service when bringing my bikes in for work i don’t have time to do myself.
If you are looking for a great bike at a good price give this place a try. These people love bikes, ride bikes and want to help you do the same :)
