I have been eating here for years and I will never get tired of their cheese steak with cheese wiz.

Figured I should write an actual review of this place since we get food here at least bi-weekly. We live extremely close, and we frequently get cheesesteaks here + they have my favorite fries in the area. Seriously good [drunk] fries.

Love love love their pizza! Cheesesteaks are awesome too. Great variety with decent prices.

When you are stuck trying to find a place to eat before a show at the Keswick, Glenside sells slices. It will do in a pinch. The dough is cardboard like, and the sauce bland. Not a ringing endorsement by stretch of the imagination. They do also make steaks and hoagies. No room to eat in the shop, though there are seats on the sidewalk during good weather.

Italian hoagie, awesome. Pizza, the larges should be mediums. Super chincy. Good overall flavor.

The pizza here is awful, a large is actually a medium, and what they call extra large is a standard large, the sauce is actually quite good but the crust is terrible. That aside, we had cheesesteaks here the other day and they were pretty good, definitely as good as anything I’ve had in the suburbs, i’m sure you’d get better in the city but i don’t venture into philly much so this was good enough for me.

I’ve been here twice, both times before a show as the Keswick. Somewhat-to-very loaded both times, as well. All I wanted was cheesy-saucy love in the tummy, and I got it. The most recent time the slice I got was HUGE. Like, if you took a regular size pizza and quartered it. So, basically, one slice was like three, give or take. Sure, I was hammered, and didn’t think to wait for it to cool, and it totally burned my lips, but I ate it all anyway. And it was only $ 2 and change. Works for me.

Their Chicken Cheesteak is not chopped, they use real chicken breast, I appreciate that, but its cut in squares… needless to say, that isn’t a chicken cheese steak its cubed chicken on a long roll, I asked for some hot pepper seeds, they poured it on my sandwhich, I asked for may ket and fried onions, It was SMOTHERED… in other words, to this fat chick, it was the worse I ever had, I had better at corner stores in north philly.
