Not Just Wings

I don’t know how the customer service was because I used grubhub to place my order, but our food was great. No complaints. Loved the Buffalo chicken wrap and was told the wings were also good. Will be ordering from here again.

Have been a loyal customer for many years now and have to say never had a complaint about the wings or other food options they have here, but I do agree the service could be a little better. There are times they haven’t been very friendly especially over the phone and not very accommodating to their customers but like I said the food is very good.

Food was OK. Customer Service was lacking. I tried to use a
gift certificate via the app on my phone, and was told that it needed to printed out (and I have used this app at multiple other establishments with no issues). Needless to say I won’t be going back until they enter the 21^st century.

They have the worst service I have ever seen! I cancelled a large office order and will never order from here again. This is the third time we called and it seemed as though we were bothering them by placing an order. The other times we let it slide and ordered anyway. This time I cancelled the order, they did not care and hung up o me. I will make it my mission to make sure I report this terrible service daily to twitter, Unilocal,Urban Spoon, Grub Hub and anywhere else I can share the terrible service. We have removed all the menus from this office and all employees feel the same way and have decided to share how horrible the place is with everyone they know. We will never order from this place again and feel like they could care less about making a sale or helping the customer. Not a way to run a business!

no I didn’t order wings, but don’t think I ever will! I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe platter mozzarella sticks and mozzarella fries, food was DISGUSTING! burned cheese everywhere. Not my favorite pizza store in Del County
