Steve has completed three jobs for me. My roof, installed a skylight and assisted with getting a blower installed from my bathroom. First off, he fixed a leak in my office that three other professionals could not fix. My skylight was different as it was electric with a shade and its own remote control. He had everything done in 2 days. While waiting to get to day 2, h even laid a vinyl tarp in my bathroom in case there were any leaks before he could finish. He is professional and old not do. a job he could not deliver. Oh, he also fixed my guest room ceiling that had a large crack because the previous contractor did not tape the drywall correctly. So that makes it 4 jobs. He will negotiate price but will be fair as to not go over budget for you as well. He is also reliable and punctual as well.

From the moment we contacted Elite, we knew we were in good hands with Steve. He was professional, knowledgeable, and able to pinpoint exactly what needed to be done to repair our deck. He corrected a botched job (done by another untrustworthy contractor) and did so with such finesse that you’d never even notice where he made his repairs. He was communicative, even taking the time to explain to us what was wrong and what needed to be done to make the appropriate repairs. He was prompt, diligent, and a hard worker. He completed our job in a timely fashion and arrived whenever he said he would. His prices were competitive and reasonable.
Overall, we had such a great experience with Steve at Elite, we cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a good contractor, you’ve found it here. Thanks so much, Steve!
