I went to Aesthetic Laser and Vein and had the same experience as the other Unilocal-er. The only thing was that I DIDNOTHAVE A GROUPON. I was was QUOTED $ 150 dollars at my initial consultation for my treatment area by the DOCTOR and when I went back for the treatment it was $ 300 dollars. He(THEDOCTOR) then showed me a price list that he didn’t furnish at the initial consultation. Interesting huh? I was sold a nighttime spot treatment by the doctor. The treatment was supposed to be used nightly to correct my uneven pigment, we will just say that I went from Hyper-pigmentation to Hypo-pigmentation. The product literally BLEACHEDMYSKIN and I had to stop using it. The skin eventually went back to it’s usual hyer-pigmented color, to bad the nightime treatment product was 100 dollars. To make the experience even worst they are TERRIBLEATPUNCTUALITY! I showed up at 2:45pm for my 3pm appointment but I wasn’t seen till 3:40 pm. They took another client that had an appointment after mines during my scheduled time. This resulted in my having to pay my babysitter extra also. I really had a bad experience and won’t be going back! Waste of my time and 400 dollars! Thanks for nothing!

I actually never made it to an appointment. Unfortunately, I saw a Groupon deal for laser hair removal. Before purchasing the Groupon, I called the Center to confirm the areas to which the Groupon applied. I made the purchase based on the list of areas whomever answered the phone gave me. When I called back to book an appointment for a Saturday morning in August, I was told that the previous person I spoke with had given me inaccurate information regarding the areas for which the Groupon applied. An understandable mistake given the fact that the areas the woman listed didn’t coincide with language on the Groupon– I should have caught that discrepancy. I asked the woman to remove my Saturday appointment and let her know that I would be calling back to reschedule when I’d decided how I’d like to use the Groupon. I call back to book my appointment recently and suddenly, they don’t offer Saturday appointments and«never have.» This is obviously false as I had previously booked the Saturday morning appointment in August. I clearly wouldn’t have purchased a Groupon for an area for which I wasn’t interested in having treatment done or with a Center that didn’t offer weekend appointments. I do work. HELLO! I’ve heard of companies being ridiculous with Groupon users before, but this is just silly. Don’t offer Groupons if you’re not willing to honor them and don’t give out inaccurate information. Seems like pretty simple stuff to me. Update: I wrote Groupon for a refund. I must hand it to Groupon– the process was painless and my refund was processed the next day. Groupon gets 5 stars from me. Aesthetic Laser and Vein Center remains at 1 star because I couldn’t rate any lower. Jerks.
