Panera Bread locations are all pretty much the same, and this one is not exceptional in any way.
But two observations that probably apply to every Panera:
1. No, I do not want a Panera card, but thank you. And no, I still don’t want it after you ask me a second time, tempting me by telling me «it’s free.» You know what? The next time I visit, I will begin my order by saying, «Hi, I don’t want a Panera card…»
2. When you order a sandwich, several sides are offered: an apple, chips or… wait for it… bread. Yes, how about a side of bread with your sandwich — because nothing goes better with a sandwich than more bread.

Four stars for good food, 1 for «rapid» pickup. You can be sure it will be late if it’s a large order despite the lead time they get and for sure something will be missing. But don’t call for a refund because they can’t do that! Next time, if there is a next time, I will take each item out of the bag while I’m still there and recheck the order for accuracy. I realize it’s a busy time but gotta do whatcha gotta do. If you have an order for $ 100 and it’s late, that should take priority over someone’s $ 8 sandwich.

Been back a few more times and noticed the tables & overall cleanliness is better. Maybe enough people mentioned the condition of the tables. Glad they are on top of it now.

Cookie cutter look-​alikes, but the food is dependable and can be healthy, if you choose carefully. And if you register online, they give you a free treat for your birthday. I chose an almond bear claw. Mmmm!

I like going to this location. Great friendly staff who actually took the time to know my name and what a like to order… I am a creature of habit.
The manager Max has gone above and beyond to make things right on the rare occasions where my orders got messed up.
The counter staff are friendly… I get a kick each time I get up to the counter and Adam is standing next to Adam. I’ve come to name them Adam#1 (taller of the two) and Adam#2
As far as fast food or chain restaurants go I like panera above the rest. I usually order the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo and or Black Bean soup which is only served on Tuesday, Thursday during the week. I also like the Soba Noodle Bowl.
I love the desserts especially the Toffee Nut or peanut butter dream but alas these are rotated out which annoy me.

Wow– I haven’t been to Panera in years as there is not one around my area… BUT when I travel I will be sure to look for this super healthy chain– Got the Napa Chicken Salad –wow– super fresh– the chai latte was great — the service was great… cant beat it!!!

This is typical of the chain… attractive and clean dining area and fresh and tasty menu items that emphasize natural and sometimes organic ingredients. The service is a cut above typical, however. Very friendly and efficient, and the manager stopped by to check how our meal was and bus our table.

I was driving through the Capital Region with a coworker and we got hungry and this Panera was convenient. We got there, and it was much busier than we thought it would be at a 1:15pm on a Monday. Despite the long line (there were about 10 people ahead of us), we ordered within 5 minutes of arrival and got our food about 5 minutes later. The service was good, professional and efficient. The food was also pretty good, even better than in some of the other Paneras I have been in. Give it a try!
