I was a customer of this store for over ten years. The service has never been great, but, but it was pretty consistent and reliable. My last visit was this past Sunday. My ip6 has been getting progressively worse over the past month and I had a moment to attempt some resolve so I went in around 415. I was immediately greeted by a young lady who initially seemed eager to please. After explaining my issues the tone of the conversation changed. The young lady became very arrogantly confident in the assumption that I was the problem, not the phone. The following four or five minutes involved a lot of teeth sucking and a great effort to prove the initial assumption, all the while experiencing the same glitching and seizing I was there for. After a solution was unable to be found I was instructed to go to a Apple Store. «Well thats 40 minutes away and I bought my phone here» was my response. I was informed that the problem«was apples, not ours». The wait at Apple for a walk in was 5.5 hours today. I drove the hour plus round trip to find that out. I arrived at 11:15 and went back to my shop after checking in. At 538 I received a text that they were ready to see me. I will be contacting verizon customer service to see if they are interested in helping.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only did they screw up importing a number to my account by adding a 4th line the«manager» told me there was nothing they could do and that importing a number from the same carrier is impossible. Then he started giving us major attitude and told to go back to target mobile and maybe they could help us. JERK! What kind of customer service sends away people. So we went to target mobile and the lady was so nice doing everything she could to help us and calling verizon for us. And by the way it’s called a liability transfer and I will be reporting this«manager» guy tomorrow.

I have to say coming here to this Verizon«Corporate» store has impressed me. Two employees in particular named Alberto & Kheli. When it comes to Superior Customer Service, the one thing I look for is «Integrity» and Alberto & Kheli are your best duo together. My wife and I came in late at night and was approached by Alberto. Nice personality, helpful, and honest. What more can you ask? We didn’t feel the type of pressure when you leave purchasing a car dealership. He presented us with options and took his time to ensure we felt completely serviced and satisfied. Who doesn’t want to feel that way? So make sure when you do come in… Make sure he’s working and he’ll give you honest answers. Kheli…she is the woman! If mountains can be moved, she could be the one to do it. She made the deal real sweet and enjoyable. We couldn’t have been blessed with these two superb employees of Verizon. We will be coming back here every time.

I’ve come here before and have always had exceptional service. However today I had the pleasure of dealing with a very professional courteous Verizon wireless employee named Michael. I felt I had some serious problems with my cell phone, but Michael assured me that my phone would be fixed. Not only did he fix my phone, but he got me a more suitable plan for my phone. I am totally amazed at his patience and professional demeanor in assisting people with a friendly smile. Thank you Verizon for such an excellent employee.

I dread coming to Verizon for 2 reasons. 1. the wait and 2. they salesmen. I came in on a Thursday about 11:30 and guess what NOWAIT. I checked in and told the salesman that I wanted to cancel a line, I gave him my number and identification, and then he asked which line and why. I said because we never use it and I don’t know the number, can I see your screen and he said NO. Really? so through a process of the numbers I did know, we found the right line and then he asked me some more questions, I think he could see my hesitation and said«DON’T WORRY, I AMNOTGOINGTOTRYANDSELLYOUSOMETHING.» Thank you. I was in and out in 10 minutes.
