Let me start by saying this will always be my SoCal Vans Store of choice so long as Caroline is working here!
Caroline was the absolute best and a dear my entire visit from the moment I walked in, to second I stepped out. Her crew definitely embodies her enthusiasm. Tara helped my wife and I with all of our shoe needs. I have to admit, I kept flipping back and forth on a few pair, but Tara was a sweetheart to stick with me in my first-​world ordeal.
I’ll definitely be back very soon to stock up and just hang out with Caroline and her team! I suggest you do the same.

Haven’t been to a Vans in years. Kept passing by this location for many months and finally got the time to stop and go in today. Staff «Derringer» was awesome and helpful in every possible way. This is the place to go for your Vans! Also, they have a sale going on now if you spend $ 50 or more, you get $ 20 «Bonus Bucks» card to reduce any purchases made from 9÷11−9÷27÷15.

#1 is $ 45
#2 is $ 45
#3 is $ 29.95 but reduced to 14.98 Because of item #1.
#4 is $ 24.95 but reduced to $ 12.48 due to purchase of item #2.

No where does it state there is a restocking fee.
Managers at retail establishments should be properly trained. .or at least pass a 4th grade math level.
She wanted to give me $ 82.48 (pre tax). RIDICULOUS! LEARN HOW TO DO SIMPLE MATH. ESPECIALLY MANAGERS! ANY DINGBAT, NITWIT CAN FIGURE THIS OUT!

Always find something here and usually find a good deal or sale.
I’ve been wearing Vans since i was a kid and this location is my go to for all my Vans needs! Forget the mall come here!

Customer service was awesome! I think we drove them crazy because my grandson was totally crashed. By the time we finished (I hadn’t even anticipated getting a pair for
my youngest daughter-​we were just along for the ride) I’d bought her a pair! Heck who can resist? They were on sale! Then the 3 year old was up and again we had them grab the ones we liked. Funny when we walked in we were the only ones & now there were people everywhere! We grabbed his shoes, got some shoe laces for the grand daughter some shoelaces. The staff was great. It was crazy by now with about 5 families. The staff was friendly & quick. Thanks for a fun trip! Happy new year! we had fun

I’ve been wearing vans for over 30 yrs. I recentley bought a pair of slip ons that literally fell apart and I didn’t have my reciept… The mgr… with out a second thought said Those are defective and I walked out with a New pair of shoes… Customer Service in the store is 5***** all the way!
