If not for the fact that I love coffee this is the closest Starbucks to my house. Noticed you have to wait a little bit longer because the staff is so busy having a good time with the customers in front of you. Little frustrating. They make a great product great coffee but work on the customer service a little bit everybody likes to be treated the same.

Nice staff and fast service. Only a long wait if you use a Starbucks card but it’s a very nice store. Recommend.

Everytime I go here they get my order wrong. I am not kidding. EVERY. TIME. No sweetener in my iced coffee, no milk in the coffee, the complete wrong drink, etc. The workers are so nice though so I never usually go back and complain. But I avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

This Starbucks is a joke and so is their clown looking employees … My daughter needed a cup for medication and she was denied twice… They wanted to charge .25 cents and I didn’t have change. A fucking multimillion dollar company and can’t give a person a fucking cup… shameful

This is a reply to ms. Kat C. I was actually there when you made the scene of you storming out of the store. Let’s just say you made an impression. If you had actually read the rules stores could only be unlocked to sell pumpkin spice by customers who had the«magic» password, which was«the first PSL» Unfortunately at this time this store hadn’t received it yet. Luckily the store that you had gone to after had already been unlocked… so don’t blame the employees at this starbucks blame the rules. Enjoy your pumpkin spice!

The coffee is always very weak and watery at this location. I stopped by again hoping it was just a fluke, but no. Just dark water. Amazing how a Pike’s coffee can be so different at one location. I don’t go for the girly dessert drinks where it doesn’t matter what coffee you use because you can’t taste it through the whipped cream anyway. So don’t go for plain coffee.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff just doesn’t care that there is a huge line and people need to get to work. I stopped in for 2 frappuccinos On Friday, got them and took them home. When I got home I realized there was NO coffee in my drink, just blended milk and sweetener. I took them back literally 5 minuets later and the lady working didn’t even remember making these. She took them back and remade them with no questions asked. Make sure you watch them as they make your drinks, you might not always get what you pay for. Ill take the drive and go a few extra blocks to the other Starbucks from now on.

Really friendly service by April, Alexis, Pam and Lisa. I frequent this location as it has the best customer service and lots of seating available. There are always lots of samples given out. The wait may be longer when there is only one employee behind the counter but I am always greeted. 5 Stars! Superior to the Lonehill location! Best Starbucks in town!

Starbucks employees do not care to make decaf drinks. It really sucks that I got a regular americano and now I am too active.

Starbucks inside grocery stores always suck! It’s like what are you guys doing. Sorry grocery store starbucks, but it is the truth. Line was way too long, and everyone just looked annoyed. I didn’t stay in line, I just left and went to the local starbucks down the street.

Came to this spot in the Albertson’s about 3 – 4 times a week to buy coffee for clients, catch up on paperwork or just get a quick bite with a cup. The people were very friendly and always took care of me when I showed up. They knew what I wanted and usually had it ready before I ordered it. I like that even if it was a corporate requirement! Every time I’m in Glendora, I’ll stop by even if the staff has changed over. By the way, this is one of the nicest Albertson’s I’ve been to in LA!

Just like the last guy said it takes 15MINUTES to get your drinks. I stopped this morning for coffee. I was impressed when I first walked in by how large this place is and how many employees they have behind the counter, but DON’T BEFOOLED. I had one person in front of me and it took 15MINUTES for my Americano. 15MINUTES? Tell me that someone had to go pick my beans, roast, grind and then bring them to the person brewing. This was my first stop at this Starbucks and my last. Don’t go folk unless you have time to stand around and wait for your drink.

i’m a slave to my music. and since i’m a slave to my music, this inadvertently means i am also a slave to my piano teacher, who teaches the amazing music to me. so when she dashed into my practice room, and said, ‘i would really teach you better if i had some coffee and muffin in me…’ i was THERE. since the coffee place on azusa pacific university(located about a block and a half away), closes at an inane hour on fridays, i made the trek to starbucks. students be warned, starbucks may LOOK relatively close, but once you start the walk in the usual sweltering heat that is azusa/glendora, that little green sign will seem mighty, mighty far away. i arrived(finally!) at the starbucks, and ordered a venti café latte and zucchini muffin for my teacher.(only 1.50 for the muffin, and about 3.50 for the venti café latte– not bad at all!). note to possible, future, hungry Unilocaler who might frequent this joint —- i arrived at 5:30pm on a friday to this starbucks, and there were four muffins left. FOUR… well two if i happen to be there running another errand… ha! so choose quickly, and choose wisely. the space inside is very spacious, and there are many large tables with a generous helping of chairs for students with laptops attached to their hips. and maybe this is why this experience went down from here… there were THREE workers behind the counter. and only ONE poor girl making all the orders. what were the other two doing you may wonder? well, they were making snide remarks about various customers that had left/and or were still present. one of the workers contemplated charging a young customer(skater boy) 50 cents for a tap water… TAPWATER. sigh. so the wait for my drink was fifteen minutes. FIFTEENMINUTES. i was given no attitude of course, cuz bitches better recognize who they be messin’ with… okay. but seriously, all ghettoness aside, i would actually avoid this coffee joint if necessary, today, there was no music blasting, but usually, they have some hard rock music BLASTING out in their patio area… amongst all the cancer sticks. ahhh such relaxing background music to sip my chai too, while my body slowly dies from second hand smoke. FAIL.
