As good as it gets — and better. Robin and Julie made our dream come true. They were patient and didn’t rush us into anything, they figured out as we went what we were looking for as far as preferred layouts and styles and they honed in. They were so on the ball and really guided through all the rougher parts of house buying. The Southern California realty market is always so competitive and tough, and they made sure we got on top of the desirable properties and found out all about them very quickly. As first-​time homebuyers we were over the moon grateful for their guidance, expertise and responsiveness. We know we never could have made the same results from using redfin or any other service, because as resourceful as we are, we didn’t know all the ins and outs of house buying and they were great at steering us away from trouble. One property we almost bought and we were halfway through writing up the bid when Julie wanted to go over the comps once again. She found there was a huge discrepancy from other properties sold in the area — and it seemed to be a red flag — that the seller was trying to flip the house at so much higher than market value. Thanks to her catch, we avoided overpaying. Julie even answered the phone once when she was at the movies and she rushed out to take my call. Robin got on the phone and chased down the property that we’re in right now when the sellers’ realtors were not getting back to us. They even were able to get us into a property that was foreclosed on and owned by a bank and get the paperwork through and close the deal within a couple weeks. It was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had with working with professionals in any field. Great people, great service.

We had the best experience with Julie and Robin, they really went above and beyond what they needed to do for us!!! Durning our search they both made sure we were in a safe area and if they didn’t like the house or think there was a lot of issues they would both let us know their feelings! My husband and I were first time home buyers and Robin and Julie made sure we understood everything that was going on throughout the entire process!
