Just had my windshield wipers crap out on me in the rain! I stopped into Napa Auto Parts to get replacements. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me out right away. Plus, they installed my new wipers for free! A surprisingly wonderful experience out of a terrible situation. Thanks guys!

Great Auto Parts Store! I stopped by NAPA because it was near my work. They helped me find the exact parts I needed. The workers were very knowledgable and I was able to find good quality replacement parts for my Mustang. Very impressed after being let down by sub-​par service & poor quality parts at several autozones…

Napa isn’t a very good place for parts, and the one time that I’ve found a reason to buy something from them, I had a less than pleasant experience.
That one reason was brake rotors: they happen to have a very nice, inexpensive rotor. The problem was that they showed in stock, but were nowhere to be found. I was offered a good price on their ultra premium rotors, but they were still about 40% more than the ones I really needed.
Had to end up going to their El Monte location, but not before looking at the relatively high prices on hand tools and lubricants.
