Movement Mortgage

I am writing this review about ANNE GAHSHAN.
I met Anne when she worked at Citi before going to Movement Mortgage. I spoke to her briefly about two years ago when I was thinking of purchasing a home and she immediately left a great impression on me. She seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I kept her info.
Two years later, I was finally really ready to buy a home. When I reached out to her, she let me know she was no longer with Citi but she was not with Movement Mortgage. I asked her if she could help me and she assured me that she could. I gave her my info and she quickly prequalified me to purchase a condo that I was interested in. I felt very secure dealing with Anne because I truly felt she knew her stuff and she was extremely kind and patient with me.
I put in an offer and over five other offers in the first week of the property listing, including two cash offers, the sellers of the condo gave me a chance to buy the condo but gave me a 30-​day escrow. Anne spoke to the seller directly and reassured him that she could close the escrow on time. Had Anne not done this, the buyer would have likely not accepted my offer because as soon as he got off the phone with Anne, he accepted my offer and the clock started ticking!
Anne knew I was very nervous, as a first time homebuyer and she went above and beyond anything I excepted to reassure me, keep me informed and stay on top of everything to ensure my sale would not be jeopardized.
I just last Friday, closed escrow and took ownership of my new home. Anne Gahshan was phenomenal and even my agent and the seller commented on how fantastic she was. My agent said she would recommend Anne to future buyers. I couldn’t be more happy with how things turned out.
Anne Gahshan deserves recognition for how solid a mortgage loan professional she is. I will most definitely be referring people to her in the future.
