Beware they will tell you that you look pregnant in front of other customers, embarrass you, make you feel awful and upset, they won’t apologize either!!! ! Worst lane Bryant I have ever been to !!! worst customer service. I went to the Glendora lane Bryant to use gift cards and coupons I got for Christmas. They had a great selection of clothes and plus they had my size too (which they never do) I had $ 400 of clothes. No one greeted me and no one helped me get a dressing room. Waited in line for 30 mins with two kids under 5 ahhhh stressful. When I finally got up to the register, a lady with a serious problem on her upper lip (nice way to put it) helped me. I would have just put her name but they don’t wear name tags so this is the only way I can identify her. I was talking to her and another customer about my kids, then the cashier asked me if I knew what I was expecting and I told her I am not pregnant and she said well you look pregnant. The customer next to me had to tell her she doesn’t look pregnant. She never apologized to me, she embarrassed me in front of other people. I had to tell she works at a plus size store she need to be careful about insulting people and that a sorry is the proper thing to say after insulting someone. To make things worse I had a coupon that was valid but they wouldn’t except it. The manager came over to try and only blamed it on the registers being new. I even let her know how the cashier insulted me and hurt my feeling. The manager wouldn’t even acknowledge me, she never looked me in the eyes or said sorry. After that I had no choice but to leave. I had $ 400 worth of clothes, I will never shop there and anyone reading shouldn’t either. I would hate for another person made to feel the way I felt shopping there. The West Covina lane Bryant at the mall is way better, plus they have a good selection and all the sizes too. Don’t shop at the Glendora lane Bryant it won’t be worth making you feel awful and upset. Don’t support bad customer service !

I was at the West Covina mall for a different store, and instead of going to the LB that’s right there, I left and went to this location in Glendora because it’s worth it. The staff is amazing (Jeri, I think? She’s the BEST!) She has gone out of her way for me on multiple visits, making sure I utilized the available coupons. They also have a wider selection (no pun intended).

I just left this store and I gotta tell you Everytime I come in a lady but the name of Teresa helps me, she is amazing. Never acts bothered by questions or help that I need. She always has a smile in her face and very very very pleasant. Thank you for always making my shopping experience amazing.

It was my first time shopping at this store and the service was amazing. I decided I needed new bras and they were having a sale: buy one get on half off (perfect timing!) they’re bras are amazing! So comfortable and they were very helpful. They helped me with sizing and styles. Very attentive workers. There undergarment selection is huge! So much better than the malls.
When it came to ring up my items, I spent $ 76 and the cashier told me they have a coupon online for $ 25 off when u spend $ 75! What a steal! So glad they were able to help me out.

Came in two days in a row for their sale and everyone was super helpful and nice. Plus I love their clothes.

I like this locaton, It is near my job so its easy to shop here often. The employes are always nice and willing to help when looking for something specific. I like this store because they have a full section of lanferie and personal under garments.

Unilocal made me give them a star. THEY DESERVE ZERO. Terrible staff. They are rude and inattentive. I was ignored, and did not receive a greeting from any of the employees. Hell, they didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I was in there to buy lingerie for my wedding next week. I left empty handed. The ugly old lady trying to squeeze into skinny jeans got more attention. Guess to get service here you need to be 60, white, and lack any fashion sense. Anyone else, go to Avenue or their much friendlier West Covina location. These employees need new jobs.

Okay, so here is the thing… I’m a size 18 – 20. But I don’t have hips and my bra size is smaller than the average for my size.
I know this, its my body!!!
What I DO NOT need is some clerk, taking my selections out of my hands and telling me that they will not fit my body right!

I felt totally humiliated… I am not a fashionista, nor do I care to be, I like what I like and LANE BRYANT can shut up and take my money, or I will walk out!!!

Awesome location, big store, huge selection, very friendly staff!
