H Motive

Today I took my new Honda CR-​V to H Motive because I wanted to add engine coolant and did not understand the coolant requirements for this vehicle. My Honda had come from the dealer with the coolant level at Minimum, and I did not want to take it back there to have someone drive it into the depths of the service area while I waited for an undetermined length of time.
At H Motive coolant was added to the Max level, and I was given information about the type of coolant to buy in the future if I wished to add coolant myself.
There was no charge for this service!
I’ll be back to H Motive.
Today 1÷12÷2016 I went back to H Motive for an oil change after the Honda dealership refused to perform the service because the wrench symbol wasn’t displayed in my vehicle. The wrench symbol is supposed to tell when the next service is due. Since I’ve had my Honda since November 2014 without any scheduled maintenance, I felt that an oil change would benefit my CR-​V that is driven on short daily trips only.
At H Motive the service was performed pleasantly and efficiently. I am grateful to H Motive for providing necessary service to my new Honda. Good-​bye dealership!
