Glendora Shoe Repair

I have gone to the Glendora Shoe Repair several times and have always received great service and great quality of work done on my shoes (especially my favorite boots twice!) My most recent experience is the best! My mom brought my daughter home an amazing pair of boots from France, but unfortunately she could barely get them on her feet. We had little hope, but decided to give it a shot and take them to the shoes guys. A young gentleman was there to help us and we tried to get the boot on her foot, but it was not happening. He suggested we put it on a stretcher and leave it there for at least a week. Today we went back and my daughter and I were amazed to discover that they fit! The gentleman was really helpful as they were a challenge at first to get on. Both men came out to make sure they fit and were totally comfortable. Everyone was happy… especially my mom who brought them across the world for her! Thank you guys at Glendora Shoe Repair, you made our day!

I went in on a Wednesday for new sole inserts on two pairs of shoes. the guy said they would be done next Wednesday ugh. But whatever, i go in a week later and only ONE was done and the other had new heels. WTH i never said i wanted new heels. So i was pissed because they didn’t have both shoes done. The guy who sits in the back didn’t apologize or seem to give a dame. So i had to go back 3 days later. I will Never go back ! You have poor customer service

Wanted to take 6 days to do a 20 min repair! I left my wife’s shoes there anyway (Silly Me) and paid for the $ 12.00 repair up front! (Silly me again). When I told my wife she went sideways because the same repair at her normal shoe repair place would done while she waited. I waited to call them for about 20 minutes after they were supposed to open but they were not there so I left a message. Turns out they do not listen to their messages! I returned to pick up the shoes but they did not know where they were! After describing them in detail and telling them I had left them the previous day (same conversation 3 times!) they finally found them.
They only thing they did promptly and professionally was return my money!
They claim to have been in business since 1949 — No way! Maybe the business has been there for that long but not these people.
