Mr. Hemang Mehta and Ms. Sheryl Mayo are my favorite real estate agents!
When my wife and I put our Lancaster, California home on the market, we expected to sell it for $ 125,000, and, after the real estate agents, Democrats and other vultures got their cut, to be left with $ 100,000, if we were lucky, to pay off about $ 85,000 worth of mortgage, leaving us only $ 15,000 profit. They more than doubled this expectation, when we made more than $ 31,000 profit!
To sweeten the deal, Ms. Mayo mailed us a Virginia Smithfield Ham in time for Thanksgiving.

When we bought the home I just mentioned, the ReMax real estate agent was three hours late to show it to us. When we moved in, the stainless steel appliances pictured in the flyers, which were still on the counter, had been replaced by broken ceramic appliances. None of the ReMax agents responsible ever made any restitution in spite of my complaints to several of them in at least two of their offices.
Mr. Mehta and Ms. Mayo were about five minutes early to their appointment with us, looking sharp in spite of the High Desert, August heat. Mr. Mehta even made it a point to wear a tie.
They sold our home after we spent only one day showing it, to four interested parties. We thought we were going to be showing it day after day for months before receiving an offer.
Ms. Mayo was attentive and generous with her time and resources to a fault, in spite of my crankiness. If anything, she pissed me off by being too attentive and apologetic.
I can’t recommend Hemang Mehta and Sheryl Mayo highly enough.
