s for 20 years-​I have found the group to be professional, caring and patient. They pay attention to detail-​with a focus on the patients comfort and pain tolerance.
Five stars for the entire staff.

I really like Dr. Donnelly. I am very afraid of the dentist’s office and I’ve had bad experiences with dentists before. (Which unfortunately is why I put it off so long). Dr. Donnelly is gentle on my teeth and overall is just really friendly. She explains what she is doing throughout the procedures which I really like. Also, there are stuffed animals to squeeze!
The staff is very nice and they always greet me by name. They also call to remind you about your appointments which is very helpful. Also, the office is in a good location.
Overall, I’d recommend Dr. Donnelly for your dental care!

Dr. Donnelly and her assistant Patty are definitely people persons and always greet their patients with a genuine smile. However, the reason I’m rating this place a one is because my front tooth was ruined due to poor dental work, which I was blamed for (I find it hard to believe that the center of my front left tooth [adjacent to my front righ tooth] could be chipped due to grinding, which I don’t do). There were attempts to fix the chip; however, each time got worse, especially the «fix» before my wedding (June 2009). Long story short: My tooth was misshapen b/​c it was filed and buffed shorter and thinner (I asked for length not be be taken off as my tooth already lost length and shape) and then filled in with a white substance. This occurred only weeks before my wedding. Furthermore, I had used Crest White Strips to prepare for my big day only to discover that the substance used to «fix» my tooth had begun to dissolve as a result of using the strips. My front right tooth is still wearing down in size today, including a recent chip of the substance Dentist Donnelly used on the tooth. When my front tooth inititally dissolved, I called about this several times in fear that my tooth would continue to wear down and not knowing what to expect for pictures on my wedding day. I was treated rudely by Diane when I tried to leave messages for the dentist or asked to speak to her (Diane’s the secretary. She had been cordial toward me in the past prior to this incident.) and never got any calls back. Sad to say, my smile in my wedding photos show the poor dental work. I am stuck with my ruined tooth permanently until I can get it fixed (hopefully) and am afraid of trying to get it fixed in fear that my tooth will only get worst (as it did after several attempts of try to allow Dr. Donnelly to resolve the situation. Today, the the section of my tooth that was «worked on» is easily stained yellow and looks like a clear greyish instead of the white enamel like on my natural teeth.
This review is in no way to bash Dr. Donnelly. However, I wanted to share my experience b/​c I would hate for someone else to have to experience what I am and will continue to (with my ruined tooth).
