Air Clime Heating & Cooling Specialist

My AC unit went out so I went on the hunt to get it repaired. I called 3 companies to get estimates. Marty from Air Clime was the only tech that took the time to walk me thru the repairs and explain them to me. He also didn’t pressure me or try to sell me something I didn’t need. He gave other options that were less expensive and was upfront and honest in telling me that he didn’t know how long the fix would last. I opted for the quick fix, which at least lasted me thru the summer. It gave me time to put some money together for the inevitable cost of replacing the motor. He was less expensive than the other two estimates which I brought to his attention and he told me it was just him and he has very little overhead. He was very professional.

My system needed service and the company that installed it was no longer around. I called several other companies but got nothing but the run around, and was told i would have to replace this and that and that i might as well just get a new system. I called Air Clime and spoke to Marty, he was very knowledgeable and gave me a better understanding on how my system works and was pretty sure he could get it back online for me. I scheduled an appointment, they showed up right on time, were very friendly and had my system back up and running perfectly in no time!!!

Marty was on time and did a great job serving my a/​c unit in my home. Thanks for the professional service, hard to find now a days. They also do commercial heating and a/​c service. They will be servicing my office in Pasadena next week. Keep up the great work guys!
