Absolute worst company to do business with. If you are a property owner stay as far away from Wingspan and John Calderon as you possibly can. The first few years were OK, not great, but over the last 18 months he delivered rent checks to me on time on just 5 occasions. FIVE OCCASIONS! I hadn’t seen I monthly statement in over a year. He never provided receipts for work he said was performed at the property. I NEVER received a year end statement and as right now after terminating our contract at the end of May he still owes the security deposit and final rent check he collected from the tenants. If you do business with this company or John Calderon think again about it you might be ruining your own reputation. Unprofessional, Unethical, he seems to think your tenants rent payments are HIS money.
