Big shoutout to Western Cleaners in Glendale. This jacket was my very first big purchase after moving to the NW in 1989. I have not been able to wear it the last few years because the metal zipper was messed up. A lot of shops wanted $ 50-​$ 150 (!) to replace the zipper. For $ 15 they had a guy fix the zipper and it works smoothly. The jacket is ready for many more adventures.
They also do great dry cleaning ;)

I’ve been going to western cleaners for 6 months now, very friendly staff I feel they’re family.
Great customer service, they remember everything I have there and all the details I want.
I dont need to give the lady in front my receipt, she already knows my clothes.
I’m a very picky person when it come for alteration, «They are experts» I just love their work.
They pay attention on every detail, they make sure is perfect and if they need extra time on a piece they call me to have my permission, that is so sweet of them.
I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been going to Western Cleaners for about 3 year now and as some have reported they are very friendly respectful and courteous. The prices are average but the quality of service is outstanding. They do all the little things, finding and removing spots, taking care buttons are replaced, and on and on. For the person that is waiting for the conveyor, it really does work, just ask Marina to give it a spin for you. These guys are the best.

Horrible horrible horrible place. They made a mistake with a skirt I took in (had a small hole and needed it sowed) they didn’t do it, so I took it back with about another 10 pieces (yes I was willing to give them a try, anyone can make a mistake). So the lady at the counter is very rude she pulls up my receipt and instead of skirt it says sweater sow. I explain to her it was a mistake and she calls me a liar and tells me the receipt says sweater and not skirt. I tried explaining to her and she just kept calling me a liar. I couldn’t believe they treated a customer this way over a mistake made on their part. Took my 10 pieces, my unsowed skirt and my business somewhere else!

Dropped off my Kings jersey to have the 2014 Stanley Cup patch ironed on. Not only did she iron it on perfectly straight, she also sewed around the edges (can’t really notice it) to ensure it will last a long time. She did not mention that she did the extra work. It was a nice above and beyond service.

I love this place. Western’s cleaners is a great place. It is really high quality dry cleaners with reasonable prices. I have been going here more for 4 years. its located in a small shopping center. Parking is perfect. There is always a space to park. They have pick up and delivery service too. I use their special offers and coupons which I save a lot. The best dry cleaner in town! This is a family run business and the owner/​counter lady is super nice, their prices are very reasonable

SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY go to a dry cleaners that actually knows & cares about what they’re doing & their customers. Half of my cloths don’t even look like they’ve been dry cleaned. Will never return to this place which is unfortunate since it’s so close to my house.

I randomly started coming here shortly after they opened. The staff is so friendly, they address me by name as I come through the doors. The pricing is fair and communicated clearly at drop off so you know how much things will cost or if they will be more expensive than usual. Love coming here!

Am I blown away? Nope… but I’m not dissapointed either.
I used to go to Regency Cleaners on Sonora & San Fernando. Where’d they go?! They just packed up shop & *poof*…thin air.
Well, I searched out the next closest to the homestead & here we are. I’ve been here a dozen or so times & I still feel like I’m being taken. I just don’t remember Regency charging as much as Western does. I find W.C. prices are a tad high, especially in this part of the neighborhood. Nor do I remember Regency taking more than 3 days for a couple pair of suit-​pants.
I don’t know how long this establishment has been here but every time I come in I look around & the place just doesn’t seem…“finished”. Personally, I don’t even know if the conveyor track works. EVERY single time i’ve come in for pick-​up, I give her the ticket & she runs around to the back & out she comes w/​my dry cleaning. I have never seen her push the button to see the track move & have my clothes appear right at the counter. NEVER. Weird, right?
I also find it strange that the credit card machine is several feet away from the register counter, sitting on a round medium sized dinner table (seamingly out of place) peaking from behind the half-​wall. Why there & not by the register? The machine is out in the open & never do you loose sight of your card.
Sure enough stains are always removed from my dress shirts & ties (I’m a messy eater) & the rest of my clothes are clean & pressed just as I like.
The employee behind the counter is always courteous, accomodating & always smiling.
There’s a parking spot on Western Ave. right in front & a few spots around the corner on Lake Street. If none to be found, They share rear parking with a couple store fronts (ENTER from Lake Street).
I’ll give Western Cleaners a few more tries, but if I don’t see that clothes conveyer move within my next few visits… you just might see a new review of another dry-​cleaners in the area.

I have to say I am in love with this place. If your orders are $ 25 or more they actually pick up and drop off for free. My husband and I both have a crazy busy schedule and the dry-​cleaning can build up when I don’t have the time to deal with it, this has saved me time and energy. I believe it’s family owned as well and they have been very nice to work with. A few weeks ago my husband realized that he had left his Bluetooth in the pocket of one of his shirts. I called to leave a message about it that night thinking they wouldn’t get it until the next day. One of the owners actually answered, had me wait while he searched the shirts and then actually drove it over at 9pm that night! I was AMAZED! Best customer service I’ve ever seen! Their prices are fair, they offer coupons and their work is fast and good.
