Walmart Supercenter

The cashiers, with the exception of two, do NOT want to work. They ring so slowly that I can feel my hair growing. You’re going to be here until your shift is over, regardless of how many people you ring up, so you might as well do a good job. Isabelle is the worst offender– she walked away from us twice while she was ringing us up. Management does nothing to correct their employees therefore service never improves. Coming in at about 7:00 am on Saturday or Sunday is definitely the only way to avoid unnecessary stresses.
I think the whole «people of Walmart» thing is a stupid and unnecessary stereotype, but this Walmart is the closest thing I’ve ever seen to it.

Took in some Spring Training and needed some provisions before heading back to Scottsdale. I used to loath the idea of going to a Walmart. That was before Unilocal.Now I have a list dedicated Wally World. Every new Walmart is an adventure and an opportunity for me to document my adventure.
This particular location was for the most part smooth sailing. Not the normal circus I am accustomed to in Vegas. It was pretty easy going. Most of the employees were friendly and some were not. Easy to navigate from one end to the next. I did not experience the «bumper car» effect in the parking lot or in the store.
Not Walmart’s fault, but I did catch the Arizona version of the flu here. Walking into the restroom a less than considerate human was hacking as they exited. I knew instantaneously I had contracted something. It only took a couple of days to incubate and strike me. Again… not Walmart’s fault. I only write this for my own purpose.
If in the area again, I would not have a problem with stopping by again.

I am happy to report that Walmart decided to make things right regarding the situation I had with the television converter box.

Cheap prices, screaming kids, poor fashion choices, bad parenting, and that distinctive WalMart odor makes this one fit in with all of the others.

Nothing spectacular but it does have everything you need– even a Sam’s Club next door

One person working the online pick-​up desk and she walks away, took over an hour to get to the front, only8 people ahead of me. Never coming to any Wal-​Mart again! This place is a joke, I was wrong to give it another chance.

I find this to be one of the better Wal-​marts. It’s big. It’s clean. It’s laid out nicely. Even the cashiers seem to be nicer here. I wish this one was closer to me.

People are friendly and always working hard… the store is pretty big so when I read bad review about «it’s dirty» or «no one could help» I laugh maybe they were busy trying to upkeep one of the biggest stores :) great place to get what you need and be in and out.

So sad that is the closest Walmart to me! It’s pretty dirty here. The makeup department is closed off because you have people stealing!

I see this store has bad reviews and I am puzzled. As far as customer service goes I didn’t have much of any kind of experience but if you’re expecting to go into a Walmart and be treated exceptionally, you’re in the wrong store. Apparently this store has been renovated and my was it refreshing to shop at a Walmart with fully stocked shelves. No boxes were torn or empty due to theft, nothing on the brand new shiny floors, and everything appeared to be in its right place. This is the goddess of all Walmarts in my opinion.

I’ve come to this Walmart as I visit from California. This one is one of the most unfriendliest facilities. Prices and product comparr equally to other Walmarts.

This store drives me crazy. Walmart is generally close to the same anywhere you go but this one just seems too big or too busy or something. It’s always short on product and customer service is slow if you can even find anyone to help you. Try and get anything done in the tire and lube center and you will end up with a manager having to come back there and solve some kind of problem. Always waiting everywhere. I think I’ll stick to the one at deer valley and lake pleasant parkways. I’m gonna avoid this one at all costs.

I was in the garden center a couple times this well. i know alot of people complain about Wally World but the one on 83^rd, the one on laker pleasant, and the one out on happy valley that i go to regularly and i don’t usually have any problems. if i do have an issue it’s usually with the other customers and generally clothing related ! lol

One of the worst places for customer service!!! Not to mention walked around for 10 minutes just to get some help. My boyfriend an I came in to the tire lube express toget our batteries checked. Right away they were not very friendly, one of the batteries needed to be charged so we walked around a while it was being charged. We needed a shop vac so we found a 12 gallon that was on a top shelf priced for 27.97. Took us 10 minutes to find a employee to pull it off the shelf for us. We went back to the automotive register to ring it up an get our battery. The employee Stuart came in to check us out, the shop vac rang up for 80! when we question him saying the shelf price was 27 Stuart immediately told us we were wrong an stomped back to the isle we got it from. My boyfriend followed him to show him the price tag. The employee raced back to the register practically yelling that we were wrong causing a huge scene. After couple times of him going to the isle an then just standing in the office we decided we did not want to be treated like this an go up front to speak to a manager. On the way we noticed a manager was going to the isle of the shop Vacs. We followed an found that Stuart actually switched the price tags an then called the manager. We told him what was going on, he checked the footage an ended up accommodating the 27 price an apologized for the employees an he will have a «talk» with staurt. No one should ever be treated that way especially when we weren’t even rude to him. I’ve work in customer for almost 10 years an by far that was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen

This is a typical super Walmart with groceries and everything.
I find the meat prices outrageous here. Hamburger meat was almost $ 4 a pound. Also the produce isn’t the best, the lemons were all pretty bad.
The rest of the store is pretty typical. Bathroom is nicer than the one at home although it definitely needed a cleaning. There is a switch on the wall that says to turn it on if the bathroom needs clean. The switch was on but nobody was cleaning.
We were here and a kid pulled the fire alarm near the customer service counter. Oddly the fire alarm only went off in that area. The rest of the store was quiet. I don’t think that’s the safest system but they must have a reason for it.
