I have been taking lessons with Vince for more than seven years now. We started with guitar and branched out to harmonica and ukulele. He is a great teacher –very patient and explains things in such a way that even a novice can understand. He is also just a great guy with whom to spend time. I like him so much that when I reluctantly had to move back to New York, we continued our lessons on Skype. Oh, and his rates can’t be beat.

I have been a student of Vince’s for almost a decade and I am indebted to him for teaching me everything I know about how to blues/slide guitar and harmonica. He’s a great guy, a talented and seasoned musician, a patient and knowledgeable teacher, and I can’t leave a review that will adequately describe what a great teacher for guitar he is, and mentor he has been. I was on my second year of owning and futilely attempting to learn and play guitar on my own and was mystified by the slide licks of Elmore James, et al, and Vince broke it down for me, and opened the door even wider for learning guitar and even with learning more about blues music as well as other genres (though blues is my focus). I went from a completely amateur and frustrated bedroom guitar player to being in a gigging band as the harmonica player/slide guitarist. Vince is the guy you want to get lessons from, and I can’t recommend him enough.

This guy is the real deal! I’ve been playing guitar «on and off» for 40 years. I found him on cl and liked the fact that he offered a low rate for a full hour. Very easy going teaching at all levels and I have had people tell me how much better my playing has been, even strangers!
I really look forward to my lessons /jamming.
