Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I’ve never done any oil change in a drive thru ever. I was a bit scared at first cos I didn’t know what to expect. Technician Ricardo was giving me a well mannered warm welcome as soon as I arrived, and all my worries were gone. He was really professional the whole time and explaining everything to me. From the start to the end, he has shown me nothing but good manners and professionalism. I felt respected and care for even tho it’s just an oil change. Thank you Ricardo for the amazing experience.

I used to be Valvoline customer for more than 2 years, we just moved to this area and needed to change the oil on the car. I get the quote on the price for full synthetic oil and they offered me 45 $ plus tax. When I went back to change it the same guy didn’t honor his price and told that it was ended and now it’s 65 $ plus tax with a very rude behavior! Simply Valvoline lost its loyal customer just because its people cannot honor their words and offers and are not able to give service to their customers! LISTEN Valvoline, you’re not the only one in the city to do this job! There are plenty of auto service places around you that will catch your customers easily! Poor service = no business!
Not recommended at all!

I came here for speedy service, and paid a lot more compared to dealership prices. They were courteous I have to admit. And its convenient. You don’t get out of your car. All is done while you are waiting in your car. They take Unilocal discount, too. But price was still higher than dealership prices. They explained upcoming services needed etc which was nice of them. Nice and friendly.
But guess what. 2 days after the oil change was done, it started leaking. While they were changing the oil, I even made a comment to them that it happened to me once in the past and please make sure to close the lid tightly. Too much for that. I noticed the leak after seeing my drive way was messed up with oil spots 2 days later.
When I came back and told them, they didn’t not seem to be surprised much. After a while working on my car, come to find out they supposedly ‘spilled’ some oil while changing the oil couple days before. They ‘cleaned’ it but that was the left over oil that was dripping… I don’t know if this story is true or not. Nevertheless It would have been nice to be informed they messed up while they were changing the oil. So I would know what to expect before I parked my car on the driveway and my driveway got all messed up.
The manager was nice and he was apologetic. He offered to come and clean my driveway and even gave a coupon for next time-​$ 20 off. I don’t believe I will go there again unfortunately. I would have expected a straight forward heads up prior to finding out the booboo myself…
Ps. I also found out later they also offer 50%off on groupon. So much for the $ 20 off coupon after all the trouble they caused-​which I will never use…

So nice!!! Total gentlemen !! And fast fast service. My only complaint is the air filter upsell. They forgot that they changed my filter in March and still tried to sell me a new one. I’m not a dipshit so I just said no. Can’t blame a guy for trying lol

Only 15 mins, must be able to speak English because it’s very interactive! So professional, the best oil change service I’ve ever had.

Went here for the first time on Sunday and got the Best customer service from Christopher and Jessica will be returning when I need my next oil change.

I love this Valvoline location! Super fast and friendly staff. The managers Jose and Miguel are fantastic people. They are very professional. They even gave my son some candy because they seen how cranky my son was to get out his seat but couldn’t due to his safety and all the equipment, so the candy did just the trick! The whole crew every time I go are also super polite, always smiling and greet me every time. Never have been unsatisfied with this place and the service. They always go the extra mile to make sure my car is perfectly running. They aren’t like other car places that try to sell you the extra stuff and rip you off. They’re are true to their word & if you Come in for just a oil change and that’s all you want then that’s it! They will inform you if they see something needs to be replaced but they won’t push you to get anything you don’t need. For all the negative reviews don’t go by them because this place is honestly the best! I guarantee it!

Definitely just found my go to place for an oil change. Staff was fantastic, they were quick and extremely helpful. They discussed with me some things I needed to have fixed or replaced on my car, and gave me some great advice how to keep my car in good condition. Really isn’t much more I can say. Fast and friendly. I’ll be back in a few months!

For the first time I brought my car for oil change last week and I regretted I did. When I came in there were like 5 people excitedly wanted to take care of my car. I was kinda confused but thought that’s what they did here. They checked my car light signal and I felt like it’s unnecessary because I didn’t ask for that and I wanted to get the oil change in exactly or less than «15 mins» as they advertised. I specifically said that I brought my oil and air filter and I only needed the service. They told me to wait outside and a bit later I came back to make sure about the air filter. The girl who was changing my oil said that they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t buy the air filter there and that my car needed to be done in 15 mins so they could serve another customer (?!!). So I felt neglected and mad because that sounded very rude and tricky, and not what they agreed with me at the beginning. I talked to the person who first met me and she confirmed that it would be done. I was confused but waited to see what happened. I think it took longer than 15 mins and the same person informed that oil change was done but not the air filter because they couldn’t open the box. They charged me 30 dollars for service and what I saw in the receipt included tire pressure check and water check and refill… Though those were kinda nice but I didn’t ask for them or need them and no one told or asked me if I needed them. 30 dollars for oil change labor is ridiculous. The extra service they did and charged me… were like scams. I could have brought my car somewhere else, saved my time and money and got my car done exactly like I wanted.

Great staff Christopher, Miguel and a female I didn’t get her name but she was pretty cool too. I recommend going here for your oil change. The customer service was excellent and that alone will always make me a returning customer!!:)

First time here, They are all nice. They check everything… They tell you or informed you step by step on what their doing… Every one is nice…

Awesome place. It only took 10 minutes while I waited in my car. It was nice to see multiple people efficiently working together.

Honest, extremely friendly. Didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Seems like every time I go in for an oil change someplace, they push new air filters or windshield wipers or something else that I had just replaced. Miguel and the rest of the crew were the best. Definitely coming back in 3000 miles!

This is my first time ever getting an oil change and I must say, the people here have made it such a worthwhile experience! They are super helpful, considerate, quick, and make you feel like they actually care about your car.

They were very friendly, helpful, and quick! Went in because my maintenance light was on. As soon as I pulled in there was someone to greet me. The waiting area was clean and bright and all staff were very friendly. Miguel was very helpful and let me know the status of all the fluids. They show you the oil sticks, levels, and in my case the transmission oil was running low and weak and Miguel was informative and easy going about my service options. They did more than an oil change and I was still out of there in about 20 – 25 minutes.

I’m used to always taking my car to the dealership to get serviced but I decided to try Valvoline this time for my oil change and I am so glad I did, the service was excellent. The manager is super friendly and informative. My oil change was completed in 15 minutes!
They accepted the online coupon and informed me of other services my car needed done. Everyone at this location is polite and works with a smile on their face. The manager does a great job, and I will definitely be back. I recommend this place to anyone in the NELA area, good value for your money.

I came here based on the reviews and now I’m totally a fan! I love that it’s a drive through and I never had to get out of my car. I got my oil changed in about 15 minutes and a tire rotation in 7 minutes. I was one of the only customers there at that time of day but I was still impressed.
The tech’s were very friendly, helpful, and did a good job. I will definitely be back.

Get it done, what you ask? Your OIL CHANGE its due LOL. I know we put stuff off, but if you need an oil change this is the place to go… the guys here are courteous and fast…
They will not have you get more service that you don’t need… trust me I’ve been going here for years and its local and not as expensive.
