Troche Fertility Centers

Trouche clinic was about as bad an experience as a person could experience. To begin, their staff is absolutely incompetent. We had to repeatedly call and request information and they would often send the wrong records/​documents. Secondly, Troche lied to us twice and did not disclose vital information about blood tests and cowardly put them in our final paperwork results instead of having the courage to tell us to our face. Lastly, he failed to ever five us any direct answers about why we were unsuccessful with having a baby, just indirect responses. Also, be careful for many hidden fees!

Do Not Waste Your Money! Dr Trouche may be fine. I have never met him. He has employed another Physician, Dr. Gondra in his Glendale office, who is quite incompetent to say the least. My husband and I decided to visit their office which is in close proximity to where we reside (Big mistake! Should have gone to the best vs convenience). She had a consultation with us, made my husband do an analysis, and did some tests on me. She told me I had 3 fibroids, and they would not impede my chances of becoming pregnant. After undergoing way to many sonograms, and pushed off to someone else to conduct my IUI it was unsuccessful. Do you know that feeling of being rushed at the Dr’s office? Well, we initially met with Dr. Gondra to and after a few costly visits, one in which she blantantly told him, «I am not your patient.» He is still perplexed about that statement because I can’t conceive by myself. Nevertheless, we still continued, did the IUI, and it was unsuccessful. If you do something and it was unsuccessful, would you not enquire what can be done differently, how you can improve your chances etc? We called and of course, Dr. Gondra was unavailable. We asked if she would call us back. Instead, her «assistant» gave us a call. Again, we mentioned we would like to speak to Dr. Gondra, and she said she was «busy». That was the last straw, we did not return. Instead, I went to another Fertility Dr with offices in Scottsdale and Mesa. Our first visit lasted about an hour. He did several tests etc. Eventually he told me I had fibroids and I am not conceiving based on their location. It didn’t make sense for him to collect my $ and do IVF if the fibroids remained. I then was referred to a gynecologist in Scottsdale, who referred me to a specialist and I had a Laparo-​Myomectomy at Oro Valley Hospital in Tuscon. Yes, we drove all the way there. Turns out I had 7 fibroids, not the 3 Dr. Gondra stated, collected our money, and wasted months of my life. Today, the rest is history…

After 3 years of trying to conceive and a horrible experience at another fertility clinic, we finally found Dr. Troche and Dr. Gondra. Both doctors were very nice and welcoming. When I first went there, they had a lot of information from tests done at the previous clinic and while they recommended one more test, they went ahead without it (at my request). My husband and I now have a beautiful daughter! I always felt very comfortable with Dr. Troche and Dr. Gondra. I would recommend them to anyone going through the difficulties of infertility.
