Luis my horrendous sandwich maker. Comes off extremely rude, like you are inconvenience to him making your sandwich. I order an Italian BMT and as we make my sandwich, he puts my sandwich into he over for what 10 secs(when it’s supposed to be longer than that), then as he puts the condiments(olive oil and vinegar) the water that the bottles were sitting in got into my sandwich. I requested kindly to remake my sandwich since the water that the bottles were sitting in got in my sandwich. He said someone else will help me out and helped himself taking a break to eat the sandwich he messed up. He didn’t apologize, he just got irritated and handed me over to a kind lady who gladly remade it for me. I am one who likes my everything clean. Especially my food. As much as we can, if you mess up in front of a customer it’s best just to remake it as they say as opposed to making an excuse saying that if he does it again it’ll also get into the sandwich. In reality, just wipe the damn bottle and remake it. Management please educate your staff on being a little more friendly can go along way

A very friendly and clean Subway compared to most other Subways in the area. A great place to grab lunch during lunch break.

Seen a lot of changes since the ownership changed. Ingredients are so fresh, the place is super clean and friendly staff. Thanks for having a great customer service and being the best subway of the area. Will be back soon!

Subway sandwiches are always good and delicious. What makes this location special is their staff, services, cleanness, and also their food which is always fresh. The manager is always onsite and he greets everybody in the line. During lunch hours or whenever the mall is crowded, there is a long line. I always expect wait and delays, but the line moves so smoothly. I recommend this place to whomever love to shop at Glendale galleria.

Looks like a lot of clean up has been done after the recent change of ownership. The staff are courteous and helpful, the service is rather quick and the sandwiches taste the way they are supposed to taste(unlike some Subways).

Rude employees they all roll their eyes or make your sandwich with an attitude. The manager is no help all he does is stand by the register. I would rather walk to another location than give them my money

This subway is great, im always greeted with smiling faces. The new manager Jose is amazing, he is always in a good mood and eager to please you. Hats off to him, keep it up Jose. And If you want a good looking/tasting sandwich, then have Alex make it. Glad you two are at this location. … your why i keep coming back.

Bad customer service. Lady was rude from the start. She made sarcastic comments. Had so much attitude, very bad one. We get it, she’s tired… but we all are, and besides, that’s her job so she should at least act like she likes it, even just infront of customers. Subway should screen their employees better.

This subways should be reported they be over charging customers saying there’s a mall fee? since when is there a few to eat at a mall by SUBWAY? the staff is beyond rude, there’s a woman of dark complexion some what heavy set who rolls her eyes when you can’t seem to see what you want, these people forget they get a paycheck because were purchasing these meals. I will boycott this location for life. I’m not paying you to over charge me with make pretend fee’s and attitude. Foods not even all that good either.

By far the worst Subway you will ever go to. If you want better nutrition, lick the floor outside. The first time I figured, «Hay, maybe this was a one time crappy occurrence». Second time, «It can’t be this bad all the time». Last time, «These ‘Sandwich Artists’ need to stick to PB and J for their next masterpiece». Avoid at all cost. There’s a Juice Bar next door to this place that will suffice for healthy at the Galleria. No matter what positive motives you may have about giving this place a chance, do not waste your money.

This Subway is in the mall close to the McDonalds. I have been here a few times. Normally its about an average Subway however this last time I was a bit taken back. I got a $ 5 veggie foot long and apparently the words«With Everything except olives» mean I should verify each and every item that was places on the sub. But the real kicker was that I was rung up at the register for $ 5.25 for my $ 5 sub. When asked about this the guy just shrugged as if caught and then gave me $ 0.25 out of the tip jar. Which tells me they routinely overcharge people on purpose(illegal) and when caught just use tip money to fix it(also illegal btw). Yes I think I will pass next time.

Disappointing. This review pertains to the one in the Glendale Galleria and how it sucks. I asked to get it toasted and they toasted the bread and the meat, but didn’t put in the cheese til after it came out of the oven. Really? Save yourself the time and frustration and walk across the street to Brand Blvd to get it done right.

Is it too much to ask for English speaking employees? In America? I don’t know Spanish, but I’m sure, «no I don’t want that toasted» doesn’t translate to «sure do what ever you want with my sandwich.» I’ll still eat here though. The place looks very sanitary and when they do understand you everything is great.
