Everyone is so friendly here, I don’t see why they have 3 stars. The employees always give me the best suggestions. Like today, I asked for iced coffee but I wanted a little more caffeine. He suggested the cobra iced coffee (I know it sounds really cool) and it was phenomenal. I am wired and probably will be for the next 5 days. Parking can get annoying at this location but it’s not their fault.

I usually come here about once a week in the afternoons. I like to visit a friend that lives in the area and this the location closest to her. I’ve only ever had friendly customer service and my drink has always been made right without a long wait. Sometimes the inside get full so I’ll sit out in the patio which is always kept tidy. By far my favorite location to come to.

I would give this Starbucks spot a 4 (when it comes to being a study spot as it is in my case), but I definitely had to rate this a 5 because of how amazing their workers are! Great great customer service.

One of the worst run Starbcuks I ever been. I was driving in the area and wanted a latte. After almost 10 minutes later I finally go it. The staff here does not really care about their customers. friendly. You are limited with parking that makes hard to get in and Now questions this place needs much better staff.
If you are a person who loves Starbcuks this location you will not a big fan of. Nothing like rude service. Have to wait over 10 minutes for a drink when it was only 2 customers in the store. Not a place I would come back to again.

This review is for their take-​out service only. I often pick up traveller boxes from this location early in the morning, and there is one employee who has an attitude problem; on the phone and in person. I have to say the boxes are always ready when they said they would be, but I don’t think they should make me feel like a second class citizen for picking them up so early.

Im an avid coffee drinker and i love starbucks. I enjoy starbucks about 1 or 2 a day. But this morning, i had to deal with the rudest cashier in the world, his name was «Jesse James*» yeah ok. Listen jesse james, if u dont like ur damn job then get out of starbucks. I order 4 morning sandwiches and 4 coffees and he acted as if i told him to do something impossible. he started laughing and rolling his eyes and i called him out on it and all he could saw was i smiled. Just because of this, my family nor will i return to this starbucks eventhough it is right across the street from him. My money wont pay for his paycheck. That i can guarantee. Good job starbucks for hiring one of ur rudest employees.

Nice & quick baristas! I’ve given up going to this location if I ever want coconut milk. All but one time they’ve been out of it. So frustrating!

I’ve been coming here for several weeks now. They’re very quick. Orders are taken in a timely manner and drinks are made quickly as well. The staff are very friendly.
Not too many parking spaces though. Can be though to deal with the small parking lot when busy.

The drinks are made well and if you’re not happy with the taste, the bartenders are always kind enough to remake your drink. This location has plenty of seating available and the noise level is usually minimal on week nights, making it a great study spot. The bartenders are very friendly.
One complaint I have is sometimes how slow the line at this location moves; especially, when a lot of the Hoover High School kids head on over there after school. This is when bartenders should not be standing around and socializing. Needs to be more efficient and have the right amount of staff working for this time of day. Getting coffee should not take 20 minutes and those who know their order should be allowed to go first.

This is a fairly small locale with a handful of tables outside and inside. It can get busy, as it is conveniently located fairly close to the 134 freeway. The staff is more friendly and efficient than in times past. Drinks are made well.
tip — if parking is difficult to find at the location on Burchett, drive a short distance north and get your Starbucks fix here.

Pros: PARKING!!!
Cons: limited outdoor seating
TL;DR: I used to go to the Starbucks on Burchett and Pacific but there’s NEVER any parking there. This one has ample parking. It’s like some mystical SECRET Starbucks that no one knows about. Although I bet all these reviews start making people go to this Starbucks, which will make it crowded. Then there will be no parking.
Then I will go back to the Starbucks on Pacific and Burchett, which no one will go to anymore. And I will find parking and enjoy the beautiful outdoor area. Then when people start going back to that one, I’ll go back to this one. Back and forth. Forth and back. Such is the life of a Starbucks addict who demands adequate parking.

This is the first time I’ve ever received drinks from a Starbucks that are not even edible. How do you ruin a Chai Latte, Java Chip, and Light caramel Frap? When your barista is Marcy, you are guaranteed terrible drinks and a bad attitude. The guy who took my order was so nice and spelled my name correctly on the cups: Massiel. Yet she called me Marcel and gave me attitude when I corrected her.
They were not busy and somehow I waited about 15 minutes for drinks. I asked for the light caramel Frap with no whip and she added whip. The Java Chip tasted like rancid milk and the chai was cold. I had gotten the drinks to go and took them to my brothers house a few blocks away. I drove back immediately and retuned all the drinks. Not once did she apologize. She seemed rather annoyed that I was returning the drinks.
This was a completely a waste of my time. To make it worse I have the taste of rancid milk in my mouth now.

Starbucks is starbucks. The recipes and the food they have here are the same for every store so I’ll comment on the customer service only.
This store is only a block away from my house and I frequent this location at every time of the day (just not EVERY day of course!) I’ve been here when the line is almost circulating inside the store and i’ve been here when there was literally two other people besides the workers in the whole store. I can most confidently say that the quality of service they give does not change. Of course the workers might rush a little but their friendliness and accuracy of getting me my perfect drink stays the same. I’m not someone who always gets the same thing so sometimes the barista recommends a fun mix or a seasonal drink for me to try. I’ve been coming to this location for about a year now and I feel like their service has gotten waaaaay better from when I first started coming here regularly. Great store!
