Starbucks

I believe this is the Starbucks that is connected to Bank of America. Overall the customer service is great. The employees are all friendly. Even when they are super busy they are fast. I need to catch the employees names the next time so I can give them props individually. I always get my order right and the quality of coffee is always great like the normal Starbucks.

I usually never write reviews but honestly your better off making coffee at home than coming here. We waited 45 minutes for 3 drinks and that’s no lie. Literally 45 minutes. Never again. Thumbs down!!! Nyomi was so slow that fat $$&$ and the lady at the front didn’t get my order after waiting an extra 15 minutes!!!

Thank you loved the coffee and the workers are kind. The iced teas are also very good. Try them out there good.

I went in the morning around 9 to get my regular iced coffee before college and at 12 after college i went to get a refill and guess what «sorry sir its a same store same visit policy.» i understand but I’m your regular costumer i come almost always before college and I’ve been a Starbucks costumer for the past 4 years! So why such a stuck up about it when all other Starbucks would give a refill no matter what to make their costumers happy.
So i ordered my friend’s drink. no problem. I tried to order my mango green tea but they are out of mango.great. My last reserve was black tea lemonade so i did order and i went to get the first drink. and heres the most messed up part They make me wait literally 5mins there i know it doesn’t seem much but the three –so called– baristas are JUST STANDING IN THE MIDDLE TALKING they had no costumers whatsoever! Just chatting in the middle of the store Finally one of them asked me «oh are you waiting on something?» like the hell i am! This was my most disappointing encounter ever with Starbucks. Im definitely not going there anymore, maybe ill go to a one that actually appreciate and respect their costumers and the business.

I might’ve just had the Starbucks experience that broke the camel’s back. The drinks I ordered were so disappointing that finding a true coffee shop that has skilled baristas that respect the craft is my new goal. The employees here are always disgruntled-​the drinks made in haste. I’ve spent so much money at Starbucks and have walked away with so many shitty drinks over the years. Even if an unsatisfied customer dares ask an employee (won’t dare call them baristas) to remake a drink, the reception is unwelcoming. I blame my own conformity to mainstream society,
and hype of course, but it’s never too late to save myself from the shackles of a juggernaut chain like Starbucks. No thank you, but I’d rather much order a shot of espresso from someone who gives a fuck and respects the coffee bean. Respect the bean assholes!

They generally make good fraps and lattes, but the service can be sub par. The employees tend to have friends over on an occasional basis and despite the long lines, are kept distracted. Wrong orders are made, wait time is doubled, and people needing assistance from spilled water over the sugar, etc are left even more frustrated. Someone needs to manage these ‘high school’ students better.

Hey, what’s not to love… I can have my Starbucks while grocery shopping.

UMMM my favorite Starbucks location ever!!! Stephanie, Tamar are who I interact with most but everyone here is a ray of sunshine, even the manager. I work near by and they always have my order at hand. Always have a smile on and they always strive to make my drink perfect. LOVEEEEE them.

The employees are Fabulous! I love that they are personable and efficient! Sometimes my drink is even ready right as I am paying which is awesome since I always seem to be running when I am there!

Hit or miss with the service. But it’s still the most convenient location for us, so we still go whenever we go grocery. A small treat while handling a loooong chore for us.
Not as wide a selection, but they have what I order, so no complaints.
For the service that is subpar, I will say that it’s subpar because they don’t smile or are always being chatty cathies. So much so that we’ve gotten orders wrong because they were too engaged in their conversations instead of listening to what we were ordering.

Not a real Starbucks store. It’s inside a supermarket so it’s not really a place to enjoy a good cup of coffee. I feel crowded when I go to these Types of Starbucks.

Be prepared to wait in line to order AND to get your drink. There is always ONLY 1 person working, even though you see a 2^nd person roaming around wearing the Starbucks uniform. I only continue to come here because it isn’t too far from one of my job sites.

The baristas at this Starbucks are the best, and I’ve been to a lot of Starbuck’s locations! :-) They are always pleasant here and even though they have a massive amount of people come and go, they keep everything moving quickly and smoothly. Seating area is about the same as any average sized starbucks. And even though it’s right next to the bus stop, it’s still very clean. My favorite Starbucks out of all the ones in Glendale!

You can’t go wrong with a Starbucks and a grocery store wrapped in to one. Great staff too. And great coffee.

If it wasn’t for my amazing baristas (Stephanie and i never ask the name of the other girl) I would give this Starbucks two stars. First off customer service is amazing I come in almost every morning I work and I don’t even have to order they already know what I want.
The downside to this Starbucks which is located in the Von’s is that they don’t accept Starbucks rewards (where you get a free drink or pastry after the 12^th). Also you can’t customize gift cards you can only get the pre-​set amount ones that Von’s sales.

I come here every Sunday with friends and the seating is so small! It’s also annoying that people loiter outside and smoke, which is absolutely disgusting. The sofa area could use some tables. There’s a ton of outside seating which is only good on days with perfect weather. The baristas are really cool though. They’re always really nice and personable. It’s not a bad Starbucks, but definitely not my favorite.

Some companies perfect their products and deliver the best consistently. This is the company. There are other large key competitors, but I think Starbucks set the standard in the industry.
I’ve never had any problems with this location, service is great and my coffee is always prepared just the way I want it.

Sat here for a few hours to study. There is only one big table for people to sit at. Otherwise all the seating is outside. Yes, I like talking to strangers but honestly I’d rather not sit next to someone the whole time I’m there. You guys need more tables and chairs rather than sofas. There’s only two «bar» areas which people are supposed to stand up at, meh.

Small barista located inside Vons. What could be more convenient than to get a cup of joe, or a cup of iced passion tea, while shopping?
Depending on the time of day or on the day you go, there could be a line. I always come here hoping that there wont be a line and that they’ll have my favorite marshmallow dream bar, but they always do have a line and there’s never the marshmallow dream bar. I know its personal preference, but I’m just not a fan of their pastries at this location.
A-​OK because this is convenient, and because there is a wide parking area.

Get your grocery shopping and coffee all at one store! This Starbucks is located inside of Von’s (to the right and near the front) and there is hardly ever a line or wait. Since mostly locals know about and come to this location, the baristas know the regulars, are really friendly and remember your usual orders, however complex (i.e. venti passion fruit iced tea, no water, one splenda).
The best part about not ever being too busy: never running out treats! Never get your request for glazed donuts, breakfast sandwiches or mini vanilla scones turned down again!
There is a Coffee Bean across the street, but why anyone would want to get their coffee there is a mystery to me. That particular location is Glendale’s answer to the Westside, complete with Gucci sunglasses, BMWs parked out front and overly-​cologned individuals.
The Von’s parking lot is huge. Park anywhere to the right of the store for easy access to your white chocolate mocha and caramel fraps.
