Ordered a venti nonfat caramel frappuccino and they Made a grande instead of venti. I think to fix it they just threw it back in the blender with more milk and ice. It’s almost white and doesn’t have much flavor. Also asked for extra caramel drizzle and there is barely any.

Writing this review for students looking for a place to study. It’s a small Starbucks but really good size tables and outlets, I thought I hit jack pot when I found this hidden Starbucks since it was so empty compared to the one on 83rd and bell however I realized the reason why. They crank the AC to –30 degrees. I’m the type to like my place cold too but how they do it is literally painful and I come dressed prepared to be in the cold. While studying here I’ve seen people go outside to wait for their drinks cause it was so cold inside. They do take a while to make drinks and you get a hit or miss with the baristas, I’ve met one that knew my name and drink after one visit and others that were absolutely awful. Parking is very limited I’ve had to park on the other end of the lot but the drive through always seems empty and quick.

This SBUX is worst I’ve ever been to. So slow. Just yesterday I was the only one in the store and waited a full minute at the register before anyone acknowledged me. How does that happen at sbux?!? Most stores I can’t get them to stop being nice to me. Not sure why I keep coming here, I get more mad every time.

Never ever will I visit this Starbucks again. People were okay to me. However… it’s December and it’s colder than normal. Why in the Heck of all nations would you CRANK the air conditioning??? I went here for better Internet, but I can’t work when my toes are ice cold. Waste of a coffee!

TERRIBLE service. We failed to get a receipt so we don’t know any names, but whatever barista was working the window 10÷16÷15 at noon needs to be fired. She completely disregarded the fact that she didn’t snap the lid on my husbands frappacino and half of it spilled all over our white interior. We understand mistakes happen but she did not even apologize and rolled her eyes when my husband asked for napkins. Then rolled her eyes again when we asked for more whip cream since it was all in our lap. I have never seen such crumby service at a Starbucks before.

This is the only location I dislike coming to. Only because the drinks are never made correctly. I don’t know if it’s my luck but every time I stop by here, there’s always something wrong with my drink. Today I ordered a grande cinnamon dolce latte, the drink was half full and had no whip cream. I don’t understand. They closed this Starbucks for all of these renovations which were not needed and now they do not use the camera so u can see them when you order. I mean they can see you and u can see them but they never turn it on. What is the sense to spend all of that money to install a system such as this and it is never utilized? They could’ve taken that money and gave it to a poor community or pay their workers more or lower the price of their expensive coffee. All I am saying is that if you are going to spend the money use what you spent it on!

Update* if you ask for classic syrup + another syrup with it, and the classic is not on your sticker, then it’s not in your cup.regardless. If they say classic is automatically in there, it’s not. Always double check-especially if you’re in drive thru and don’t want to leave with bitter coffee.

As a partner, I love going into other stores to be on the other side of the counter! The ladies working we’re welcoming and greeted me promptly. The shift on duty rang us up(didn’t catch her name but she had a cross necklace on and tattoo on he arm), and made lovely conversation. The barista(Samantha) made my iced Americano to perfection, which honestly most don’t make them correctly! The store was clean and stocked and they were fast.

This location has been amazing in helping me perfect my drink of choice! The manager actually cares if you like the drink served and when we brought back our drink she didn’t just hand us a «free drink» card she gave us suggestions, made the drink and even walked out to my car to see if my wife(who was in the car with our kids) liked it!

I’ve been going to this location for over 2 years now. I wouldn’t go to Starbucks as often if it wasn’t for this branch’s convenient location on my way to work. Now I’m too uncomfortable to go back there. I spend a lot of money here and I am a gold member. Recently my account suddenly stopped accumulating rewards. My account showed transactions but not the stars. I was on the phone(for over 30 min) to get this fixed on Monday. The girl in the drive– through was super friendly and even gave me my coffer for free when she heard about my card issues. The customer service representative with Starbucks said that my card has been registered all along and that he fixed all the problems on the card and added my stars for the transactions that hadn’t accumulated them. After that phone call I received an email saying that I earned my free drink. So I was excited and the next day I went to get my free drink. I showed the girl in the drive-through my phone which said that I earned my free drink. She told me my card is not registered… she asked me if I wanted to pay for my drink with my gold card. I showed her all the proof that I earned the free drink again. And this point the friendly girl from Monday came up and told me that I can’t keep doing this and that I really need to call to get this resolved!!! After I’ve been on the phone for ever, was told that it was fixed! I didn’t know what to say. This was Starbucks’ fault, not mine but she made me feel like I’m just trying to squeeze a free drink out of them. I tried to explain the situation and she shrug her shoulders, rolled her eyes and wouldn’t even look at me. O even bougjt a drink on my card for the person in line behind me, so it’s not like I just didn’t spend any money that day. I drove off so angry that I was almost in tears! I called customer service back and had a really nice lady help me. She said my card IS registered and that the only thing she can think of is that the card itself is faulty. She cancelled the card and sent me a new one. She really handled things and made me feel better. However, I’m uncomfortable now going back to that location, with these girls thinking I’m a freeloader. Today, Friday is usually my Starbucks day. I made my own coffee at work instead. I’m torn now. Starbucks may have to be an occasional thing again when I happen to pass one on a road trip. I can’t get myself to go back to that location and there is no other convenient one on my way to work. I’m really disappointed.

I am beginning to really dislike this drive thru location. 3rd time they can’t seem to get a drink order right. I asked for a kids milk light ice, & we have our cup for her. As well as an iced coffee with splash of milk. Again they gave her chocolate milk/heavy ice. Ugh

Starbucks supports planned parenthood. I am pro-life and will only support businesses that are pro-life, like Lifeboat Coffee at . When you make a purchase at Lifeboat Coffee, $ 1.00 is donated to a pro-life organization! No more will i go to a Starbucks or buy their brand at a grocery store. In addition, the last time I was there, I got a caramel mocha. When I got on the freeway to take my first sip all it was was hot milk! Terrible, terrible, terrible! I needed my caffeine! And let’s not forget the slow service!!!
