This place deserves all the stars it can get! The lady that I called was so sweet and provided excellent service. I called multiple times before making up my mind and Helen was so understanding. No one at the store once rushed me or gave me attitude even though I used up a lot of their time. The technician Ludwig was very informative and honest. He did not push me in any way but informed me of everything I needed to know. He did a great job explaining everything to me, which was great. On top of it all, they gave me a great deal for the Upright Baldwin piano and a amazing job on the tuning service. My family and I were extremely satisfied. I will def be coming back!

We purchased a Young Chang piano for our son from Southern California Music Company a few days ago. The new manager, Mario, was very helpful and he helped us choose the right piano. We had already been to a few other piano stores in the area. The owners here
were also helpful. The piano arrived a few days ago and my son enjoys playing on it. It was a positive experience. Thank you!

IF they had a NEGATIVE 5 this place would DEF get it. What RUDE service!!! I spoke with a lady named HELEN (which is the wife) 3 times today! Had an appointment to sign a contract tomorrow for a Piano rental for $ 80 and $ 200 delivered and pick up with a Tuning included… On top of that there was a sec. fee that you got back.
So Since i live in OC i had my gf go stop by the store and her Husband who is the owner was there and told me Helen would never say that, and thats crazy. ALTHOUGH Helen told me the model of the piano. even showed me the picture online on their website. and this guy was being the biggest jerk he could possibly be. I thought his name was LEO but its leotik or something… I tried working out a deal since HIS WIFE was wrong we could split the difference and he would NOT lose any money at all… He could care less and he said he is not going to open the store for me and he didn’t want my business.
He was extremely rude to my friend who went in there… STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Karma is horrible and being a bad owner or not good in customer service, your business WILL Fail.
