They were fantastic! I had rented a mini-​skid to move 18 tons of fill dirt into my backyard, which sadly fell through; there was no way I could move all of it by hand, by myself. After some searching I found ‘Skyler Moving & Labor,’ which was perfect; they arrived on time, charged what they quoted (over the phone mind you), moved it all (even though it was raining off and on), and cleaned up after themselves.
I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs help in heavy lifting!

I had used Skyler Moving two years ago. I had been very impressed then and I have not been disappointed upon using them again. They were on time and very professional. The truck I rented was not nearly large enough for everything I needed to move and they worked hard to get as much stuff as possible for me in just one trip so that I would not have to pay extra for a second load. In the end they were successful in loading everything that I would not be able to load myself later in an additional trip. I also had not mentioned that on this move I had a piano included in my move which normally includes an additional $ 50 fee. The piano was included as part service since I was not aware of the charge. They they took excellent care of my 70 year old vintage Acrosonic piano as well as all of my other furniture.
They were pleasant and hard working. Their positive attitudes and friendly manner really made a difficult move that much quicker! Thank you!

Moving sucks. There’s no getting past that. But the guys with this company make it so much easier. They were on time, efficient, professional, and know exactly how to pack all my stuff to keep it safe from damage. They take pride in their profession, and that’s something to commend! They came out on time (little early, but didn’t charge), very friendly, helpful, and hardworkers! My previous truck loaders packed wrong and they showed me the damage and what to look for next time (which will be them). They were great with the family and cat. Doug and his crew spread over 13 tons of landscape gravel for us. They arrived on time and ready to work. They did an outstanding job to ensure the rock was spread evenly and carefully around our plants. They even took the time to ensure our drive way was clean of the gravel pile debris. Excellent!

I have used them twice so far and will be calling them again. I decided to install laminate flooring and needed furniture removed from the house into a storage container. They were very careful with everything & even wrapped stuff so it wouldn’t be damaged. they were quick and efficient and finished in just over an hour.
I mentioned to Doug I was going to be ripping out the old carpet and needed to find someone. He said he could do it. When I asked him «how much» he gave me a quote I couldn’t turn down. It took them only three hours and all the old carpet, padding & even tack strips were gone! They even swept and made sure every nail was gone. It wound up being slightly more than the original quote, because I forgot to tell him I wanted the tack strips removed. It was still worth every penny.
I highly recommend. This review will probably be hidden, because it’s my first one, but they were so good I signed up just so I could review them.

Did a great job moving 13 tons of gravel to my backyard and spread it. Called around to different places and tgis company offered the best price by far.

I needed two mountains of landscaping rock moved from the street and spread in the backyard. I rehab houses, and the landscaper I usually use doesn’t work in Buckeye, so I had to find someone.
I called a landscaper who left an advertisement at the house. He answered the phone in broken English. I described the project, and asked for a price quote. His response was «What day?» I said «tomorrow if you can, but how much?» He replied «What day?» I said «No. How much? He said «What day? I said «Tomorrow. How much?» He said «What day?». I said «Thank you. Have a good day. Bye.» If I can’t communicate with a landscaper about a quote, I’ll never be able to explain what I need done at the job site. A few minutes later, his wife called speaking slightly better English. I told her that I needed a price quote to have rock moved tomorrow. Her response? «What day?»
I was ready to give up and do it myself when I found Skyler Moving & Labor on Craigslist, and called them. Doug gave me a quote, and said he could be out the next day. When he and a helper showed up, I explained to them where I wanted everything. They finished the job that afternoon, and the backyard looks great.

I had a great experience with Skyler Moving & Laber LLC. Guys did great job installing 9.5 tons of red rocks in my backyard. They did it fast and great. The price they provided was very affordable. They drove all the way from Glendale to Chandler. Thanks Skyler Moving & Labor LLC.

My room-​mate and I hired this company to move our heavy belongings from one apartment to another within the same complex. It was $ 100 for two guys for two hours. We made a plan for each of us to be at each apartment at all times to be smart about it since we were both unsure about bringing people we didn’t know into our home. She had just got out of the Navy and had lived in Japan so she had no bank account, only credit cards she used to withdraw $ 80 (the remaining amount we would owe the movers after putting a $ 20 deposit down) and put it in her wallet. We were really good about sticking with the plan but the ONE time I walked back with the guys to the other apartment so I could make sure they were putting the stuff in the right places one of the guys rushed back to the other apartment and by the time I realized he’d been alone for 5 – 10 minutes. I didn’t think too much of it but when my room-​mate went to pay them at the end of the two hours $ 60 of the $ 80 was missing! How dumb could this guy be to not realize this was the exact amount we would owe them and to only take $ 60 of it? I called the owner and he said to just send them away and not pay them anything else (didn’t plan on it). He said he had another family have the same problem with the same person. We haven’t noticed anything else missing and this was 3 months ago so we only ended up paying $ 80 but still I wouldn’t trust this company in your home around your stuff.
