Their happy hour is bonkers, great food and wine at super discounted prices. Get the smoked chicken slider and you won’t be disappointed: smoky sweet chicken with crunchy snow pea and shaved brussels sprout slaw. The hummus is also on point.

Really good value for really tasty food. The green vegan breakfast bowl is my favorite! Their juices and smoothies are fantastic as well. Also, appetizer is a must. My wife and I come here often for brunch lunch or dinner.

It is with a heavy heart that I give this place a three star review. My boyfriend and I are vegan and we live here in Denver where there are a ton of vegan places to eat. But what do we do when our families come to visit and aren’t down with eating at City O’ City every night? Well, you take them to Silvi’s because they have some delicious vegan options on the menu and non-vegan fare for the rest of the family. Everyone eats and everyone leaves happy! How could this go wrong? Silvi’s got rid of their vegan cheese. The only vegan pizza option left on the menu is a pizza with marinara, oregano, and roasted garlic for $ 12. I swear that their other two vegan pizzas were to die for! Had the boy and I planning to go back without the family and cheat on Marquis Pizza for our vegan pizza needs. Granted they do have some other clearly marked vegan options but once you taste delicious pizza why would you want a falafel sandwich? I’m leaving this review at three stars because there still are options if you need to go there for some reason and our waiter was super apologetic last time we were there and understood when we left to eat somewhere else.

Silvi’s Kitchen looks small on the outside, but the actual restaurant is expansive once you walk in. The décor is homey and inviting; there are framed pictures that decorate the front entrance and the host or hostess leaves the choice of seating options(bar, stools and tables, or booths) entirely up to you. I stopped by for their early evening happy hour that runs from 3PM to 6PM daily. As a huge fan of taco anything, I was immediately drawn to the roasted chicken taco and veggie taco that is only available during happy hour. Since every place that serves tacos makes their portion size different, I needed a backup dish to make sure that I would be full. After looking over the main dinner menu, I opted for the mango chicken salad as well. The tacos were brought out first. The veggie one had a great mix of seasonal vegetables but sadly lacked some flavor and kick. The tortilla was also soggy from the amount of juices coming from the cooked veggies. The chicken one however was a lot more tasty and was seasoned really well. The mango chicken salad was a delightfully light way to end the meal, with bits of chopped mango, chicken, tomatoes, and goat cheese atop of a bed of greens. The waiter was courteous and held a great conversation all throughout my meal, refilling my water as necessary and making sure my time at Silvi’s was phenomenal. I enjoyed my visit, although I wished the quality of the food was more consistent; I’m hoping to try some of their fresh pizzas next time I’m by CitySet.

5-star for ambiance and staff — but the food was a big disappointment. I had the French dip sandwich. I can only assume a restaurant doesn’t have any faith in their protein when they have to use heavily flavored bread, which was certainly true with my sandwich. However the real gotcha was the gouda cheese that was crunchy. Seriously. I would have expected that it would have been melted cheese but what I got was a piece of hard, crunchy cheese. My lunch mate had the Asian pear salad. She spent the entire meal searching for pear and eventually came up with about 1 tablespoon full. There wasn’t much chicken either. I would recommend the place for times when the food doesn’t matter but you need a friendly venue, especially for a business discussion.

My brother, wife, and I stopped by here after reading their website. They have fantastic vegetarian options(for my wife) but still plenty of non-veggies dishes. The food was great, and the beer selection was even better. A few people here have complained about burned pizza crust. Mine was a tiny bit burned in a few places, but it’s cooked in a brick fire oven. It’s worth it. Highly recommend people go here.

Meal was fine — nothing over the top but tasted fine. I had Cobb salad and little guy had Mac and cheese. The portions were big and the service was pretty good. Good to try something new… curious about breakfast so we might be back.

We had to check out Silvi’s Kitchen, based on Unilocal!Reviews, as well as the type of restaurant that they are. This restaurant definitely is not afraid to make your food/order the way you need it to be, for special dietary needs. They state right there on their menu: gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, as well as low-carb, options. I explained what I needed, what I could/could not eat, and the waitress was so helpful! We ordered a gluten free pizza, with very specific toppings, etc. The waitress did not flinch! It was awesome! Our pizza and salad were both very good! Actually, excellent! The interior of this restaurant is HUGE! The interior colors are brown, black, and white, with clean lines as well. There are plenty of booths, high top tables, as well as regular tables. The interior is clean, open, and not at all crowded. Feel free to sit down, enjoy a drink at their big bar, or at one of the tables. Or, look at the art work on the walls, of food, and food preparation. Have a happy hour there with a co-worker, or a friend or two. Enjoy a meal after doing some local shopping. Silvi’s is not trying to be a «chain,» restaurant, and I’m glad they don’t try to be. They also are not trying to be one of those«places to be seen» restaurants either. Silvi’s is simple, straight up, and just plain good! See you there!

Food and service was meh. The server was definitely stressed out, so I’m wondering if they’re understaffed here. She also mentioned that the kitchen staff were backed up when we mentioned that we were in a hurry(even though the restaurant was empty!). I had the French toast — it was too much — it was deep fried and heavy, not my style. I had a stomach ache after. There are better places to go for breakfast — places that may 5-star food and provide 5-star service.

I happen to love this place. I think I’ve been here 4 or 5 times and I usually stroll in around 1 – 2 pm and sit in the bar. The bar tender even recognizes me, which is funny, as I’ve yet to have an alcoholic beverage. LOL They serve grits here, which as a southerner makes my heart go pitter pat. I either get the breakfast sandwich or eggs, grits, sausage and potatoes. That and a coffee or a smoothie have been my drinks of choice thus far. The price is super reasonable. One day I will go in and sit in the big dining area. I’ve always had great service and good food. I will definitely keep returning!

My friend and I came for lunch, and it was super tasty. We each had a small salad and shared the Hummus Plate with falafel. My Etai’s Power Salad was super fresh and tasty. I loved the chunks of beats and sesame dressing. The Falafel plate was awesome as well. The vegetables were very fresh, and the bread was great. The falafel were flavorful, and the hummus was earthy. We were pretty stuffed to the brim by the end. Our server was super friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu, and prompt. And the prices were great! I was a bit mystified by the bar, as they seem to close fairly early. I’m glad it’s available for other meals though! I definitely plan to come back to try more things in the future.

I came here with a group for lunch the other day. There were six of us, and I am glad we arrived before 11:30am, as the place filled up rapidly. Probably my biggest complaint about the dining experience would be how incredibly noisy this room became as it approached capacity. I could hear my dining companions on either side of me, but the folks on the other side of the table were much harder with which to converse. Our service was good, but our server kind of kvetched about how we split the bill, which she could have avoided by proactively splitting or at least better organizing it. As for the food, I really enjoyed the appetizers we ordered. The hummus was quite good and came with a small garden of side veggies. The brussels were very tasty. The mac and cheese(cavatapi with a good bechamel and bacon) was delicious. My burger was decent, with good toppings, but seemed a tad dry. I thought the fries were rather limp, but others enjoyed them. All in all, it really was a solidly okay experience with some highs and lows. However, I am definitely willing to come back and try them again.

I might come here a little too much, sometimes four times a week, which will likely continue as long as my office doesn’t move or Silvi’s doesn’t stop being awesome! So… what’s good? I’m usually here for lunch so lets start with the pizza special Mon-Fri until 3pm that comes with a side salad. You can get margherita, pepporoni, artichoke basil or sausage all under $ 9.75. This is a personal size(9″) with six slices and I’m usually full by the fourth slice. Skip eating the crust and you might be able to finish. Otherwise, you can take two slices to go for an afternoon snack. The salads at Silvi’s are huge. I would say a small size is good for just about anyone. You can add on a smoothie or bites(appetizer). But a full salad is just too much of a good thing. Depending on your preference, I’d recommend the Silvi’s Cobb(if you love ranch like me), Mango Chicken Salad(if you like sweet), or Robin’s Power Salad(if you like kale). The sandwiches and burgers come with a side salad or fries. For $ 1.50 more, you can get the sweet potatoes fries which is worth it! The spicy-jalapeño cheddar turkey is my go-to sandwich. Tastes healthy, but delicious and has the spicy kick to it. Now, lets drink! The reason I’m here so much is to stop in for coffee and smoothies. My co-worker and I stop by so much for our routine coffee that most of the staff know our orders: a mocha and a vanilla soy latte. You can order coffee directly at the cashier and get it to go. Same with smoothies. I love the Blue Monday which includes blueberries, strawberries, oranges and bananas. And again if you like kale, the Mangolicious and Power Shake are good too!(I say this because there is a specific kale taste [sour] that people don’t like.) I’ve also been to the happy hour a few times(3pm to 6pm daily). The Floyd’s Pink Lavender Lemonade($ 4) is worth a try! It does have that lavender/floral taste to it so might not be for everyone. You can also ask for the daily shot special to get a $ 3 shot. My only wish is that Silvi’s would open earlier in the morning. It currently opens at 10:30am so sometimes I need to get my coffee fix elsewhere. Haha, such a hard life.

Came in for a meal this past weekend. I’d actually been looking forward to checking it out because I love a nice thin, crispy pizza. Started with stuffed breadsticks… they were not stuffed breadsticks. They were definitely more like mozzarella sticks, and while tasty, not sure they were worth the price. Actually, I feel they weren’t worth the price. We got two pizzas, one Hawaiian and then made our own. They were okay… One was a little more«well-cooked»(read:charred) than the other, but it was ok. We also got a beet salad that was really good and well dressed. Service was perfectly lovely, bartender was very attentive and nice. I guess what it came down to was value: 2 okay pizzas, one beer, a glass of house wine, a small salad and 3 mozzarella sticks…$ 60? Meh.

Excellent brunch experience! They have fresh smoothies and local kombucha — yummo! There is a full bar, a large menu and a variety of fun beverages. I enjoyed some strawberry hotcakes and the service was great. The space is huge and there was some decent people watching for a Saturday morning. The pricing is decent and the energy is welcoming. You can crawl in hungover or bring the fam for some eats and both are acceptable here! If I found myself over here during happy hour, I might give it a try but I am not going out of my way. It seems some of the more harsh reviews are in regards to this. This area of town is interesting and odd. We examined out options in the area for a high quality drinking brunch and this fit the bill nicely! It will definitely be added to the rotation.

Had lunch for the first time here today. Met the friendliest bartender who was not only nice to chat with but also solid at service. So the eats: Peanut Chicken Salad & the charred brussel sprouts. For overall taste the salad missed a few marks. it needed something — maybe a stronger ginger flavor in the dressing or won ton crunchies on top for texture…(is that what they’re called?) or maybe a little thai spice to bring out the flavor more. I thought the Brussels were great. I had to bring some home… will see what I can do with them — maybe an omelet or something. But yes, they were good enough to bring home. And I don’t like leftovers. I can’t wait to try other things on the menu.
