Soooooo rude and unhelpful. It’s crazy how Lazy the guy and girl that have been working there for awhile are; they get so annoyed if you ask product questions. Umm. Ok

I didn’t even get to the store, who ever the guy that works there is possibly the rudest man I’ve ever talked to on the phone. Why would he even bother answering it if he’s going to refuse to answer questions. I’d rather go out of my way to the weho location where the staff is super nice and helpful. Avoid this place.

Nice staff here, willing to answer questions and give opinions even though the shoppers are all professionals and probably keep to themselves most of the time because they know what to buy. I used to prefer Cosmoprof but SalonCentric has grown on me. You kind of have to go to both anyway as they don’t carry the same products.
