Ted is friendly, efficient and honest person. He is very good with replying to my emails and telephone. He is available anytime I needed help. When I received letter from the State with issues, he takes care of it immediately without charge. (No extra fee) Ted has been doing my taxes for over 20+ years. I would definitely recommend him to others.

You might notice my dad’s review down below, and there’s a reason that he (and now I) have been coming to Ted for so many years: he has always provided us with incredibly personable service and makes us feel like his top priority. He’s helped me out for the last 15 years of my life since I entered the work force, and always has ensured that I receive a timely, accurate assessment of my tax needs, and a quick turnaround on my work. I hope he never retires!

I’ve been a customer of Ted Rouadi for over 25 years. The returns have been accurate, fees very reasonable and turn-​around for special circumstance forms even during tax time deadlines very fast. I appreciate the personal accountability that Ted gives with his work — no audits or issues with IRS ever! This is the accounting business «old-​school» style. I will be a customer for life.

stay away, run…
this was one of the worst experiences with a service that
I have ever had…
he quoted me a price between 150 and 175, then when I went
to collect my papers, the price had somehow risen to 250.
he went on and on about how he had to file extra papers and I
listened, giving him the benefit of the doubt.
after he had his turn, I voiced my dissatisfaction; after that, he went off on me, using slurs and the foulest language I ever heard… and threatened to rip up the forms…
in hindsight, I wished I had let him rip up the forms so that I could have
took my business to someone civil…
he said the initial fee was for just to fill out the basic tax form, not the
schedules and extra pages… well, I could have filled out the basic tax form myself… why would I pay someone 150 – 175 to fill out a 1040?
incredulous…what a ripoff!
you have been warned!!!
