I needed a car to pick ip my father from the emergency room and take him back home. Time was of the essence and he is an elderly man and cannot take care of himself. I live in another state, so I called reliable town cars over the phone in desperation. I spoke with a man named Isaac. He assured me that he can go in and check out my father and remained on the phone with me for the entire time. It was quite difficult for him and a lot for me to ask of a stranger, but he found my father and brought him home safely to my mother. We are so grateful to Isaac Melamed, and highly recommend his wonderful service. He is very trustworthy and kind hearted. We will use him as often as we can in the future.

I used Isaac to take me to a press conference located about 3 hours away. He arrived on time and had a clean, spacious car for me to work in on my way there. Isaac was a very safe and efficient driver. He knew the Los Angeles area well and I could trust him to get me there on time.
I would highly recommend Isaac from Reliable Town Car to get you to any important meetings or appointments. I will most definitely use him again.

I was referred by a close friend to use Isaac from Reliable Town Car. I needed a ride to San Diego and back in one day. Isaac arrived on time with a very clean, perfume free (I hate when car services use perfume!) Lincoln MKC. He had plenty of cold bottled water for us and was very professional and knew the LA area very well to navigate through rush hour traffic there and back. We arrived to San Diego on time despite the extra stop we made.
I felt extremely safe and comfortable with him driving us down there and he was the sweetest guy. I would most definitely refer others to Isaac at Reliable Town Car. You won’t be disappointed! :)

We have used Reliable Towncar on several occasions to get our kids from school to the Burbank airport and back. Isaac and his crew are extremely courteous and dependable. We have even had to rearrange times at the last minute when the flights have been cancelled. Isaac managed to reschedule his drivers and get to the airport for the kids. I feel very comfortable knowing he’ll be on the other end picking them up.
