I was very happy with Xris’ services for several months; he has great skill, but the way he applies it could be much better. Actively listening to the client is the number one way he can improve. I feel like I am being lectured and told information rather than feeling catered to and acknowledged for my experience as a client. It is frustrating to deal with over a long period. I received a complimentary massage to make up for my concerns one time. I’ve asked about Precision accepting insurance and was strung along for months with no progress. The last straw was when my massage therapist(Xris) was a no call no show to an appointment that was pre-paid. I cut my losses and did not go back. Seems like the business is not focused on clients and massage, rather it is diverted into all these other treatments, products or online booking software etc. All the technology in the world cannot save a business if it’s CORESERVICE is lacking. Hope this place gets it together and applies their skill in a more meaningful way for future clients.
