Customer service was fantastic. I walked in to get a Christmas gift not knowing what to get. I explained who it was for and since they only smoke cigars for after breakfast he knew exactly what to suggest. Since it was a gift he packaged them in a gift box. Great experience going here and I will be back again.

For all your Boutique Cigar smokers and hookah fanatics this is the place to go. Seriously the best place, I highly recommend it. Great customer service and fair pricing. Fred the owner knows everything about any cigar you are looking for. Try it.

Fred at Planet Tobacco is amazing! He calmly looked over my spreadsheet of «Top 25 Cigars» and custom selected a bouquet of lovely Oliva cigars. Fred even packaged them in a gift box for safe keeping.
I found my cigar dealer! I might even try one of these myself ;)

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Excellent customer service and the owner Fred is very friendly. They have variety of different Hookah’s and all the best Hookah flavors possible.

Love this store they have the most selection for hookah flavors and cigars. The gentleman in the front is supper nice and always recommends the best stuff and gives you great price I go to this place almost once a week and every time I experience great service here I would recommend this store for your tobacco needs for sure

Great cigar shop with a great selection of cigars and hookah. Must stop by the owner is very friendly and you can buy a cigar and smoke it there. Very nice place to hang out.

This place was awesome! The owner was so nice and patient while we looked around. I found a great hookah for only $ 30 it came with all the parts and a case! Highly recommend!

I give this place 5 stars because of how close it is to my work, the store is nicely organized, they almost always have what I need and the worker is not shady.
I’ve been to dozens of hookah shops before and they are always changing the prices around and they have a lot of one product and less of another.
This place is always consistent with tabacco, and what I appreciate a lot is that the prices are actually listed and marked on most of the hookah stuff. That way, it’s not shady and you actually know how much everything is rather than ask the guy a million times «how about this, well how about this one» hate that waste of time thing.
I go in, get what I need, see how much it is and get out, less than a 3 minutes process… Every Time!

Retailer was very helpful. He gave us last sale of the day discounts :) nice selection of water pipes, glass hand pipes, blunt wraps, hookah pipes and old fashioned types. Will definitely will be back. Great customer service!

Love this place! They are not only incredibly helpful, but they are also very knowledgable. Well priced cigars, great selection of tobacco. My first choice when I need to restock the humidor.

Overall, this is a very nice shop and the owner is very helpful and friendly. I mostly go there to buy pipe tobacco, which he has one of the best selections of in L.A. for a brick & mortar. Prices are very decent and the brands range from Dunhill, Peterson, Dan and Mac Baren to some of the other harder to find tins (Samuel Gawith, Esoterica, McClelland, etc.). They also carry a lot of the old OTC brands (Carter Hall, SWR, Capt. Back, etc. — which is pretty neat! I have also bought some cigars here and prices for those too are decent, especially singles and especially compared to a lot of other cigar shops in L.A.
I wish they would stock some GL Pease blends but they just started carrying Cornell & Diehl, so, maybe they will soon. They also have a small but decent selection of tobacco pipes from Savinelli, Peterson, Butz-​Choquin, and others, and more pipe accessories than you can shake a stick at.
This is a small, hidden gem!

Great customer service, great selection. In this day and age that cigars and tobacco in general are scarce this place is the go to spot. Bring a friend sit down on the comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy a great cigar. Atmosphere is very nice. A true tobacco shop.

Really nice spot with a lot of variety but definitely a man’s store. Walked in, men smoking cigars, cool. Received no welcome and the man in charge could barely put down his cigar to attend me. Maybe I’ll try going earlier in the day when it’s not too busy.
