Panda Express

Great food, but 3 stars because they didn’t give me back my change from my purchase.
They want to get you in and out fast, which is fine, but customer service is also giving back change.

The lady assumes everyone wants rice and chowmein, she doesn’t even listen to the customer then messes up for making assumptions, then you pay extra for the 5 shrimp they put in your plate, then the cashier keeps trying to push a medium drink on you when you keep saying small, so then you ask her; don’t you have a small size… oh yeah, they do… screw you, expensive, 5 shrimp extra charge, push big size cups for extra profit, bull crap panda jerks. Three stars for food only. I hate you.

Good place, great prices, very tasty and clean. Stuff little bit rude, but i hope soon the will make some changes.

Panda is just panda. The line goes to the door at 11:30−12. They yell welcome when you come in (whoever thought of greeting people as they come into the store needs to be shot).
They will pile your food pretty high on most occasions. It’s pretty cheap. Tastes decent if it’s fresh. Meh.

Yes, this is not authentic Chinese, but there are times when I want to eat something quick, easy and inexpensive. Panda Express serves up fast food Chinese with decent taste and large portions. Staff are friendly are expedient.

The food is good. We came a little late on Thanksgiving l, and they had to make more food just for us. The food is not very healthy, but still tastes good. The people working were nice and kept it open till 8 PM on Thanksgiving night.

This is my Panda. Right by my house. Their food is a solid ⁴⁄₅. They have had some misses in the way they cook their food, but way more often than not its always good. Aside from the lunch rush its never too busy. Only reason not giving them a ⁵⁄₅ is because i have never seen a worker there who looked happy to be there (understandable) but even when they smile it looks like it is physically hurting them.

Apparently the ice machine machine was broken so someone had to fix it. Well in order to fix the machine the handyman needed to jump onto the countertop. Wouldn’t be such an issue but after the handyman was done cleaning NO ONE wiped the countertop where he’d been standing for 20 minutes. This has to be a health code issue.
One redeeming quality is that the employees are really enthusiast, singing when they change out the meal items.

Love this this location. I may come here a little too often but the food here is always amazing. The staff is also amazing. They are so fast and polite.

I didn’t like this place because a worker named Steven was too scared to put food in our plate. But they are not scared of charging.

The staff was very nice but you don’t get much for your money. I always get the Kung Pow chicken but at this location it is 75% veggies, where’s the chicken?

I enjoy every time I go in, which is sometimes twice a week. I have to say that some of the rudest customers I’ve ever witnessed have been in line in front of me here and the crew is always super patient and polite to everyone. Great job guys and as always great food too. I will definitely keep coming back.

Some Pandas are so standard… They won’t modify anything for you. We like coming to this place… My son has braces on and his food needs to be cut up in small pieces. A young lady name Veronica went out of her way to satisfy my request. She cut up the chicken in small pieces. It took her less than a minute but it made a customer very happy.

So many things went wrong tonight! I ordered eggplant with tofu. The eggplant was raw. I spoke to the server and she got the manager that argued that it was good and properly cooked. I waited for 10 minutes for the «chef» to cook another order. This time only eggplant and no tofu. Then I waited again for an additional 10 minutes for this guy to cook the tofu. He was obviously going as slow as he could. Making comments about me in Spanish. Rolling his eyes amen whole the was ridiculous. I just wanted to leave but I had invested 30 minutes waiting and I had paid already. Three staff kept pushing water at me. It was such bad service. The end product was on the verge of being over cooked. Bad Panda!

This Panda Express is really a hit or a miss. Sometimes you’ve got an employee who counts the number of broccoli pieces they are about to serve you and other times you are blessed if you get that employee who gives you a lot of orange chicken.
I do love this location, and the restaurant is neat and orderly. The staff is friendly (even the one’s who count your broccoli pieces). I also think that they have the cutest water cups!
If you’re not familiar with Panda Express, who even are you?!? In all seriousness, this Panda Express is just like any other.
Tip: Be sure to complete the survey on the receipt you get so that your third entrée is free the next time you eat there! Who doesn’t love free things?!

Fresh cooked veggies and freshy fresh eggplant tofu. Nom nom. It was worth the 5 – 7 minute wait. This is dad’s favorite place and I don’t mind the fortune cookies. I like to snap those sucker in half… read my special message (for fun)…then break the cookie in several pieces n down it. I know I’m weird right. Nice to take it slow than to eat everyone’s cookies. Lol. (Pssst: these are my only fav cookies).

When I am craving Chinese food I always go to Panda Express. I usually prefer this Panda because the place is clean, the workers are pretty nice and they give you pretty generous amounts.
I’ve been to other branches and boy are they stingy and exact with the scoop of food they give you. Here the ladies usually pile it on nicely. Making it 2 meals in one for me:)

Server’s are SO SLOW! I was in a rush, and I purposely told my friend who was with me about being in a rush, so that the server could hear. I know she heard, but that just made her work even slower!
Unfortunetly I will be back here, because I like panda express when I’m craving some fast food.

I mean, who doesn’t love orange chicken. I may be half Chinese and love authentic Chinese food, but sometimes, a little ol’ Americanized orange chicken can hit the spot. This location is always generous with their portions, lots of different options to choose from. Probably my favs are orange chicken and the mushroom chicken! Yum!
