Good location… with street parking… Prices are so high you are scared to even look at the furniture(they might charge you for just looking around)… Sales associates are friendly, then again they work on commission and the place is so expensive they NEED to suck up to customers to sell something so they can get paid… OH! They are going out of business! I wonder why… NOONECANAFFORDYOURSTUFF!!! I mean if you walk into a store who has everything 80% off, and you ask how much one glass case is and they respond with $ 4000 since its on sale, that place will sooner or later go out of business in Glendale!

I can see why they went out of business. I asked about a pair of unmarked end tables, and the salesman said he’d sell them to me for $ 99 apiece. I said«great» and looked around some more then went back to find him– He was on the phone so his boss asked if he could help and I showed him the tables. He said«Yeah these are $ 150 each.» I said«You’re guy told me he’d sell them to me for $ 99 each.» He said«I guess he better sell them to you for $ 99 then!» He walked away to find the other salesman. After about 10 minutes of waiting around I went to find him. Both«gentlemen» were sitting at their desks so I went up and asked if they wanted to make the sale. They look at me and say«We can’t sell them to you for less than $ 150 each» and give me some spiel about how they’d be paying ME to take them at $ 99. I was miffed, but I said«If it comes to the end of the day and you haven’t sold them(this was their final day doing business) call me and I’ll come back and give you $ 99 apiece for them.» They said«You call US if you change your mind.» In other words, they were saying«F*** You» for trying to get this furniture at the price THEY suggested in the first place. Needless to say they didn’t get a dime of my money that day and I hope they lost even more on the end tables. I know this review doesn’t matter now that they’ve closed, but I wanted to vent :)

I wandered in here after visiting another store down the street… what can I say, I like looking at furniture. I wasn’t particularly wowed by anything I saw. The modern furniture they had(my perference) took up 2⁄3 of their floor space, but I found just about all of it to be a little gaudy for my liking. There is a tiny upstairs selection which was mostly kids beds and then a wing to the left withe more victorian looking stuff. Tucked away in the back is more modern stuff. Overall they have a decent floor size, much bigger than it looks on the outside, but I wasn’t really wowed by anything there.
