Honestly, I’m pretty disappointed with my experience here. I bought a very cute pair of wooden sunglasses here and Brandon said I could get them engraved — great! I gave him my information and he said they would be ready the next day. Later that day I get a call saying that they couldn’t engrave the pair I bought and he was sorry about that. Okay, no big deal. It was an honest mistake. Luckily, I was going to be back in the neighborhood for a dentist appt. the next day so picking them up wasn’t going out of my way. I go back to get them before my appointment and no one is at the kiosk. I wait and wait and finally have to leave for the dentist. I come back after my appointment (this is now visit 3) and pick up my sunglasses. Luckily they’re really cute and look great on me so I’m willing to let the annoyances slide.
Less than two weeks later the glasses break. I didn’t sit on them, I didn’t drop them, they just snapped where the screw went in to hold the nose bridge in place. I take them back to Osowood to see if I can get a replacement and Brandon contacts his boss to see if it’s possible. They say yes (thank god) because it’s a manufacturing error and so I pick up the same style glasses to see the NEVER WORN display pair is broken, too. We look at the other display pair and that pair is also broken! These are clearly not well made. Brandon gives me back my original pair and promises to get me a new set. Frustrated, I leave. I then get a call from Brandon later that day saying I needed to bring back my original pair in order to get them fixed and it would be about a 2 day turn around. What? Why did you give them back to me in the first place? By the time this mess is over I’ll have been to Osowood 6 times! This is ridiculous!

I ordered my customized case on a Saturday and was told I could expect a call by Monday from someone who would ask me to email them the design I wanted carved into the wood on the back of my case. Unfortunately I didn’t hear from anyone until Wednesday and when they called he said they’ve been waiting for me to call them. I let him know I had no phone number/​email to contact them at and was told they’d be calling me to which he replied «I wonder why he told you that» and apologized for the mix up. He gave me his email address and I immediately sent him the design with him still on the phone and he confirmed receipt. He committed to getting it ready for pickup anytime after 6pm that evening.
I ended up picking the case up that Friday and it came in a nice box. My logo was carved perfectly into the wood and the case looks amazing and for my iPhone 6 like a glove! I am so happy with the final product and plan to purchase a few more as gifts around the holidays. Totally worth the $ 50 in my opinion.

Brandon was a very helpful and informative person. Not to mention all the wood accessories are guaranteed to leave you looking FRESH! Definitely recommended!
