First time at this facility where we dropped off our large blue area rug. It had been in storage for 5 years and needed a good clean. Well we dropped it off a couple of months ago, yep we forgot it and the owner called us to remind us to come and get it, which we will do today. My point is they aren’t a storage facility and could have been anything other than polite. So if you are looking for a dry cleaner for large rugs that is very affordable, plus overlooks a customer’s forgetfulness, check them out. I can’t wait to see my newly cleaned rug after all these years. Laurie and Larry in Glendale

I purchased 2 Groupons for Old English cleaners, Upon arrival at this dry cleaners I was advised that they do not accept Groupon to clean my drapes(not disclosed on on)(4 panels(2 panels 4’x8″, and 2 panels 4’x10″ made of heavy silk and heavy backing) -. I wanted them cleaned, so I proceeded. I had been to this cleaners many years ago, and they had been known to be the finest in town. I was asked to pay for my cleaning in advance $ 152.00 and asked to sign a waver of damage and hold harmless. I did, reluctantly. My mistake! When I arrived 2 weeks later to pick up my drapes, they could not find them. After waiting a bit — they were located… Upon hanging them, we saw that one panel had been altered — my 4’x10’ panel had been shortened by about 12′ and the back panel changed out from a heavy cotton backing to some type of felt. I’m so disappointed, Old English never made mention of it to me from the cleaners — if there was a problem. What was it? I feel like someone made of with a great quality silk to make a purse or something… Why was my very expensive drape altered… they cost me $ 850 a panel from a fine home decorating store. These panels are no longer made and are irreplaceable, and a centerpiece of my master bedroom décor. I have not returned to complain. What’s the point. They can’t fix it, I can only share my experience with the public. I don’t trust them… If I were to take my dress pants or blouses in for cleaning… would they remove an sleeve or a leg? They’re untrustworthy and I will never return. I feel really ripped off. If I could give them a zero star rating… that’s what I would do… Don’t go there!

I was in Glendale for thanksgiving and somehow managed to pack dirty clothes. I was able to drop off my pants and shirt Wednesday morning and pick them up the same afternoon looking great. Overall friendly staff and fair prices.

Sent a $ 200 dress to get cleaned here, they cleaned it and also RUINED it! The style of the dress had many rows of unfinished sateen fabric, which COMPLETELYUNRAVELED when I got it back from the cleaners. They asked for original receipts for the dress, so I gave it to them but they only paid $ 137 for it, and got no refund on the $ 13.70 to clean it. It was a brand new dress that I had only worn once!!! Then the owner said that’s all the money he can offer, so take it leave it. I understand that wierd things happen once in a while, but I don’t like the fact that the owner asked me for original receipts, took them, took the dress, and didn’t give me full the price of the dress or a refund for the cleaning. At least refund the cleaning if you’re not going to pay the full price of the dress!!! So be it. And that’s what happened. It would’ve been cheaper for me to throw the dress in the street to get it destroyed for free and save $ 13.70. I would’ve loved to donate the dress to charity instead, but that’s not even possible. Thanks. I won’t be back there.

Not sure what 5 stars for a dry cleaners means, but this is where I take my dry cleaning… They do a good job, reasonably priced, and are always friendly. Nothing much more to add.
