Neroli is one of those places where you get what you pay for. It may be on the more expensive side but you always have a good service and outcome. I usually go for a massage and waxing. Never had a bad experience. Ask for Amber at the downtown location for massage and Jesse at bay shore for wax. They are always great! Each location has other great staff but those are my two fav! Clean, friendly and good array of healthy products. If you want your nails done, they promote healthy nails so no overlay or tips. Love the overall atmosphere and professionalism. Plus it always smells great and they are easy to get to and set up an appointment.

I was a new customer for them and my visit left something to be desired. I booked three back to back services and upon arrival I was told I had the wrong time which I did not, they had the wrong name pulled up. The time came for my massage and I went in the room and it was fine and she told me it was all over and I could go back to the relaxation room. Well I wanted an 80 minute massage but they didn’t see that and I only got a 50 minute massage so I had to go back after being disrupted for the other 30 minutes. I got a quick apology but nothing after that. They also had my manicure wrong and the girl ringing me up at the end could use some practice. It was not the full spa experience I was hoping for. I would look elsewhere if you want a well coordinated spa day. No one seemed to really care that there were so many little mistakes that overall resulted in a lackluster experience.

I’ve been to Neroli at Bayshore a few times. The services are good, however they’re always running at least 10 – 15 minutes late. The last time I came in for a massage, I was told to change into their robe and proceeded to wait in the waiting room 15 minutes past my appointment time. I finally checked back in with the front desk, who told me my masseuse had not yet arrived to work. Not their fault and they did all they could to get me an appointment later in the day/at a different location. Ultimately I left sans massage. I also heard them turn away another woman who had a wedding the same day because her technician did not show. I likely won’t book anything with Neroli again. It gets better– my sister’s recent treatment started 30 minutes late and they charged her for the longer treatment! She thought she read the prices wrong online so she didn’t fight it. I’m not sure who runs this place but I think everyone needs a bit more training.

I had a great experience today at Neroli Bayshore. They squeezed me in right away without having an appointment. Very nice service, calm and quiet atmosphere. I would go back!

I’m a huge fan of the salon at Bayshore. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have weekly standing manicure appointments with Ebony; monthly waxing appointments with Angelica and I see Ashlyn for cut and color @ every 10 weeks. All 3 girls are fabulous! I’ve been frequenting the salon for nearly a year and a half now, and it is just as enjoyable an experience now as it was when I made my first appointment. Everyone who works there is a true professional and always accommodating. Every appointment is a treat.

As I’ve gotten older, I have learned that«you get what you pay for» and so I have no problem handing over some serious cash for someone to make my hair look really great. I’ve my share of bad cuts and dye jobs from sub-par salons when I’ve been trying to save a buck. I now only go to Aveda salons, because their training shows. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and know my hair looks the best that it can be. They do excellent cuts, and do a great job handling my thick/wavy hair. After my cut my hair sits so well an feels so much lighter! Of course the customer service is always great. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. They never try to push products and services on you to the point where you feel uncomfortable. Yes, it’s pricey. But you’re paying for quality! A way to save a bit is to request a newer stylist, as the haircut prices are on a sliding scale based on stylist experience. Even with the newest stylist, you can still feel confident in them. They are put through sooo much more training after they’re done with school. They’re not just thrown out onto the floor. I like this particular location as it’s close to my home, but it’s very convenient as it’s located right in the middle of Bayshore Mall. Parking can be a pain here. I suggest parking in the Boston Store back parking lot, and walking through to the front entrance of Boston Store, and it’s like one store over from BS. My stylist is Stella, and she is super nice, easy to converse with, and most importantly does a great cut and balayage color! She takes into consideration my lifestyle and actually listens to me which means a lot. She has lots of hair tips and suggestions to make my hair look it’s best. I would highly recommend her!

If you are looking for an great aesthetician, you much go see Meela at the Bayshore Neroli. She is fast and efficient. Also, she is a wiz at brow shaping. I refuse to go anywhere else.

What a great experience, every time. Consistency is needed in this biz and they pull it off. I’ve been to all the top salons in New York, Chicago & Las Vegas — the best value every time is an Aveda salon. I feel better after leaving here, every time. I get cut and color with Liz. She is so sweet and really cares about your lifestyle and making the look you want work for you every day! Emma does my eyebrows and they have never looked better. She knows what I’m going for with a strong arch. As a brunette this had been my biggest pain, and I no longer have to worry anymore. Enjoy and have a good time~TIPWELL.

The salon is conveniently located in Bayshore so it’s nice and convenient. I have a love hate relationship with Aveda products. I know they’re supposed to be environmentally friendly and good for your hair but I can’t stand the smell! As far as the service, the price depends on the level stylist you pick. Service is great however so you definitely get your moneys worth.

This is a lovely Aveda spa. Very herbal, soothing and relaxing. The 80 minute therapeutic facial with Angelica is incredible. My skin looks and feels fantastic.

Love the Aveda tea and hot hand towels while waiting. Had an amazing haircut experience here with Katrina. Wanted a haircut that — get this — was a change, but no bangs, layers, or barely any length taken off. This is a stylists nightmare request. Katrina did an amazing job assessing what I wanted and what was possible, and she got to work. She did a quality job with every aspect! Friendly, attentive and an excellent stylist. I absolutely will be returning to see Katrina for more haircuts.

I walked in hoping for a haircut and oh so glad I did! Brooklyn knew exactly what she was doing and the scalp massage was to die for! Haircut and blow out was perfect and her personality was sweet and friendly! I took a walk upstairs to see the spa… Let’s just say I’ll be going back!

This place seems like it would be fantastic. I made an appointment in the morning, checked in with some sweet ladies at the front desk at the time of my appointment, then sat there for an hour. I asked the ladies at the front desk and they didn’t know what happened and why Melissa never came out to help me. I am disappointed and sad that I wasn’t able to get my hair cut. I was really looking forward to it. :(

Emma is the best esthetician. She always makes my brows perfect. I’ve had a few facials from her too. Afterwards I look like I have celebrity skin. Had my hair cut and colored by Liz. Great cut. The color was a touch up and it blended perfectly. I wish I still lived in Milwaukee so I could be a regular. I always make time for a trip to Neroli when I’m in town.

I have gotten my brows done at the Neroli Bayshore location for almost three years now, and have experimented with many different estheticians/brow ladies. MEELA is by far the best. Although it took me a while to warm up to her, she is precise, accommodating, and a brow perfectionist– in the best way. I always leave with clean and beautiful eyebrows and have formed a great relationship with her. I could not ask for a better Neroli experience! Thanks Meela!

I have been going to Stephanie at Neroli Bayshore for haircuts for over a year and have had great experiences each time I have gone. One of my favorite things about Stephanie is the that I never feel like she is rushed to get through my appointment, even when I am the last appointment on a Sunday night. She takes time at the beginning to ask a lot of questions about my hair and what I liked and didn’t like about the previous cut, any issues I’m having, etc. Another thing I like is that she is very honest about hairstyles and what will and what won’t work for my hair type and how much time styling will take. It is because of this that I completely trusted her to cut my long hair off into a short ‘do which I now love. I feel she also is very honest about products and doesn’t push products on you, one of my pet peeves about any salon.

Neroli Bayshore is definitely one of the top salons in the Milwaukee area. I love the way I feel and look(and smell!) when I leave. They’re products are great, and I always make sure to stock up when I’m there. I have been going to Vanessa for about 5 years now for my hair(cut and color), and I absolutely love her! She is hands-down the best. Occasionally, I have gone to see other stylists at other salons simply due to timing/availability(Vanessa is usually booked pretty far in advance), but I never feel the same as when I get my hair done with her. Several times, I’ve come back to her to fix other salon’s mistakes. I have also received massages, facials, eyebrow waxing, and nail services as well at this location. I have had a great experiences with all. I do have a love/hate relationship with manicures though because no matter what, mine always seem to chip within a day. With that being said, I don’t think the manicures are anything to rave about at Neroli. I may as well go somewhere else and pay $ 15 less to get the same thing. Lastly, I do want to share that a few years ago, during the middle of winter, I had a hair appointment at the Bayshore location. When I was finished with my services, I headed back up to the reception desk and paid. The receptionist came back with a jacket; however, the jacket was not mine. Apparently, they had given my jacket to another customer at some point while I was getting my services done. I was quite furious, seeing that it was winter, snowing, and I had a long walk back to my car. I am so lucky I had my car keys in my purse and not my coat pocket, but needless to say, I still didn’t have my winter jacket! Not sure how, but the receptionist was able to track down who they gave my jacket away to earlier. I was sent home, jacketless, and was told I would receive a call from them as soon as they had my jacket. About four days later, my jacket was returned and I had to go pick it up. I called customer service about this, and the gentleman I spoke with said they could give me 15% off my next service. I was shocked, and mildly offended, that 15% was all they could do. It’s Wisconsin for pete’s sake, and I didn’t have my winter jacket for four days! Mind you, I was in college at the time and had to walk to/from campus. He was quite rude and somehow made me feel like it was my fault that my jacket was given away, even though Neroli is the one that takes/brings your jacket(it’s not a communal rack you hang it on). Clearly, this incident has not prevented me from going back to Neroli altogether; however, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m just glad I haven’t had to deal with their(lacking) customer service since then. Once was enough.

I absolutely enjoyed my time here. I got a 50 minute massage along with my uncle. Downfall was that we didn’t get to do our birthday massages together but they were still able to fit us both in one after another even with the appointment being made the day before. So we did end up seeing other in between so I didn’t mind. I love the fact that they give you complimentary robes(this was my first time here, so I’m amazed by everything) and slippers. I had a membership elsewhere and they didn’t have that option at all. And I love the steam showers. Wow I sat in my shower for 10 mins plus because it felt soooooo flipping good. They also give you a complimentary drink or tea. I like the many options they give you. My massage therapist, Erika, was amazing! She took care of both me and my uncle. She was very friendly and her technique of massaging was even better. I’ve had massages where it was painful, but the bad painful. Her massage was medium to firm. how I like it! Some parts hurt but it was the good hurt. Haha, I don’t know how to put that, but we’ve all experienced that«it hurts so good» lol. But yea, Erika was great! Overall my experience at Neroli was an A+++! Definitely exceeded my expectations. I loved it from the moment I walked up those stairs til the moment I left. I will be returning! Not only for their massages but possibly hair services too! Thanks yall!

I have conflicted feelings about this salon. I first went back in September with Brianna for a 50 minute facial before my wedding. She was incredibly sweet and did a great job. I booked online and paid $ 80. This week I realized I really needed a facial and I went back online to book again with Brianna. Unfortunately she is booked pretty far out, so I took the next available person — Emma(who was also the only person with any availability in the near future) — for another 50 minute facial. When I arrived at the salon I enjoyed their delicious tea and waited for Emma. I went into the«relaxation» room right on time for the facial, and I had to wait about 5 minutes for her to come get me(so, only 45 min. left in my time slot). Emma did a nice job with the extractions, but there was very little that was relaxing about the facial. She was also very nice and friendly, but I felt at times like she was trying to sell me on Neroli and all of their amazing products. At the end of the facial she put moisturizer on and said«you’re done!» No hot towel at the end, no head massage, no extra moisturizer. I looked at the clock as she shut the door to leave and it was 51 minutes past the hour. She sure kept strictly to the time allotted for the facial! The most frustrating part was that I was her last appointment, and she had taken me 5 minutes late. The most frustrating part came when I went to check out. They ring me up and say that my service was $ 111. $ 111!!! for a 50 minute facial?! I was shocked. I told them that I booked online and it never said the price for booking with Emma. They said that the prices online are«from» $ 80 and up, and that Emma is the most expensive because she has the most experience. How could I have possibly known that? If they can take the time on their website to write out the esthetician’s name, then they can take the time to add the price for that individual. The workers were very nice and did give me a discount, but it was still more than I had ever planned to pay. I realize she has experience but that is an outrageous price to pay for a 50 minute facial. Moreover, it is a horrible business practice not to clearly state prices for services. They will run into future legal issues if they continue this practice and do not fully inform their clients of the prices prior to receiving services. It also gives the impression that they can selectively charge patrons different rates. This practice is offensive and hides-the-ball from the patrons. I will not return to Neroli, and strongly suggest inquiring as to the price prior to utilizing their services.
