Most of my jewelry is from this FABULOUS place (gifts from my amazing hubby) but this was my first time here. I was looking for a special gift for a very special person and I’m glad I chose this place to look for that special gift.
They have many BEAUTIFUL and MODERN pieces for every budget. Once I told the sales person what my budget was she selected several pieces for me to choose from and I did make a decision that I’m very happy about
Sales employee was extremely sweet with a warm and welcoming smile, and most important she was knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had.
They also do jewelry repair, on my next visit I will bring my wedding ring to get it re-​sized and cleaned.
I HIGHLY recommend Nancy’s Jewelry to anyone who is looking for a special gift or maybe even something special for yourself.

I bought my wedding ring from them and according to the sales member at the time they stated that if anything was to happen to my ring they will fix it. So I take my ring in cause it lost a couple of small diamonds. They wanted to charge me 100 to fix it. Horrible customer service. cheap jewelry they sell for expensive. I would not recommend this place to no one. I hope they go out of business. Cause people like them should not be in business. #Karma

I’ve been buying high quality gold jewelry here for years now. Love the selection they offer here of in style & new trendy designs. Martik & Nancy will really take care of you. I also bring my jewelry repairs here as well as my needed cleanings for my silver & gold items. It’s always ready in a timely manor. They can customize almost any design that you want. They had custom made my princess Diamond 3 stone ring with the design i wanted on the band & setting. What more can I say except I don’t like the clientele but then again it’s Glendale too many pretentious, foo foo wanna bee’s here with a ²⁴⁄₇ attitude. :)

Love this place. Been buying jewlery from here for over 6yrs. They have nice trendy pieces and something for everyone’s budget. Everything is top quality with clean stones and delicate worksmanship. Their prices are very good and Nancy is very helpful when choosing jewlery. I would recommend this place over pretty much any other jewlery store in Glendale or Downtown.

Marty has great service very honest and friendly. We always tell him our budget and he shows us something in our budget.
They never have tried to up sell us in the past 7 years we have been coming here. They Jewlery is great. It is beautiful and customized as well.
Every time they have to resize or make adjustments to what we have purchased it has been completed in a timely manner.
They have a great selection for babies or children. My wife loves purchasing items for her nieces or cousins. They have nice bracelets earrings necklaces pins for you little ones.
I have customized Jewlery for myself and Marty has been great help and made what I wanted in a timely and professional way. His advices aren’t to make the piece you want more expensive. But to make the piece even more beautiful.

I heard the «clang, clang» in the garbage disposal I assumed it was a fork… but NOOOOO it was my husbands wedding ring. He had been cleaning vegetables and since his weight loss, it fell off without him knowing. Since we have been married 6 years we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to find the same matching band. I called several jewelery stores and found a photo online. I remembered this jewelry store up the street from where we use to live so I thought I would try there. Yay they had it in their catalog and we ordered it. It only took a week and we were actually charged less than what was quoted. The ring is beautiful and now fits my hubby. We’re fans. They (the couple) are super nice and we would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced, I wanted to complain, too my amazement it was the second worst service cause dealing with the owner turned out to be the worse service i ever experienced. blows my mind that their still in business…

I really liked the selection they have. Ranges from really trendy to classy and unique jewelry. The thing is, I’m no jewelry guru nor am I a diamond connoisseur so I can’t vouch for quality. But the service was great. If he doesn’t have what you have he’ll either get it, or have it made. I was really impressed and am looking forward to getting my ring.
