Made an appointment prior and I had to wait 20 minutes to get put in a chair and 40 to have someone start on my nails. Their customer service is not very good but they do a good job. They are more expensive then most– it isn’t worth the hassle of waiting so long when you have an appointment.

I have been there three times and had great experiences each time! The gentleman who does my pedi and mani is clean, has a strong attention to detail, and very pleasant to chat with! I would definitely recommend this place for a mani/​pedi!

I have been going here for a few months and they do a great job! Their customer service is outstanding. I came here about 3 weeks ago and didn’t like my nails. They looked really bumpy. I brought it up to the girl working there and they fixed it. Most places aren’t willing to do that. They also give you a 10 day guarantee for all of their gel or shellac manicures. I just went yesterday and my nails look fantastic. They really go out of their way to make customers happy! I am a really picky client so I don’t just hand out stars. I would definitely recommend this place and come back! They are awesome!

I needed to get my acrylics taken off before I left for a trip. I had asked the lady to leave my natural nails a little longer if possible. She said okay and I think that’s the only word that was spoken to me by anyone there. She did not soak my nails in acetone but just proceeded to rip them off. She ripped a chunk of my thumb nail off and I was bleeding. If I could give them less than one star I would. No good!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. My mom and I called and made a 130pm appointment and sat with our feet in cold water without ever being acknowledged for 45 minutes. We finally just got up and left and they immediately acknowledged us so we wouldn’t leave. No thanks. Never going back

I have had the same set for 3 weeks and no lifting it’s hard to find a place that does a great job like that after one visit I will become a regular here :)

Walked in and was barley greeted by a man who told me to sign in after I walked around looking lost for about 5 mins. Sat and waited about 40 mins and glad I was made to wait so long too right before I left a roach came crawling out to greet me. Needless to say I left… gross!

This place is awesome! It’s super cute inside and they’re decently priced! I got a manicure today and the lady who helped me did a really good job! I’ll be coming back again :)

Always great and attentive service here. Massage chairs and warm jacuzzis for your feet, They massage your legs for ten minutes and the price isn’t bad! I love it!

I have come to this nail spa for years. Always great service. Love the pedicures and nails always look great!

Went in for a polish change and they told me it was $ 10. No problem. Then the ‘owner’ or manager came up to me and said, «We will clip your cuticles also» I said Thank you. The job was done and I went up to pay and they said it was $ 20. OMG I could have gotten a total pedicure for that. What a ripoff.

Oh man, I have had mixed experiences here. I went last Friday with my sister in law and it was not good. I have gone other times though, and it was fine. So last Friday was a 1 star experience, but the other times have been 4. So average about 2.5
Here is what I like– It is a nice big and clean place. The tubs all have disposable liners which make me feel beter. Also, It is close by. I also like how they set a timer and give you a long massage. I love how you get your legs cleansed with oranges. It leaves a nice tingly feeling on your leg. They also do a good job of removing dead skin and calluses off your feet. I have also never had to wait long.
What went wrong– Every time, I get a #2 pedicure, which includes a longer massage, callus treatment and other extras. My sister in law got a #1 which is just the basics. Well, mine was finished like 10 minutes before hers even though I was supposed to get extra. My lady set the timer for 15 minutes, and later i saw that my massage was supposed to be 20 minutes. Besides the callus treatment, I did not see any difference for paying 13 dollars more. This made me really mad.
They were also rude to my sister in law. They cut her and kept trying to make excuses that she had a hang nail. The man painting her nails was also very rude to her. He made comments about how much glitter she wanted and did not listen to her when she was explaining how she wanted them painted. It left a really sour taste in my mouth. I really feel like its too expensive there compared to other places, so I will keep searching for another place.

Always great service at Nail Depot! I used to live right across the street, and frequented this nail salon. I moved a year ago and I had not been back until tonight. I found myself with a Sunday evening free and every nail salon near my home closed. I figured I would drive up and even though the hours say they close at 5, they took me at 5:45!
I was a little afraid that my pedicure would be rushed and sloppy, but I really wanted one so I took the chance. So glad I did! The man took his time (over an hour!) and did an excellent job. I chose pedicure #2 which included callus removal, sea salt scrub, and a 15 minute lower leg massage.
The cost was higher than I have paid elsewhere, $ 37 before a tip, but I am a very happy customer. In the future I will remember that this place is worth the drive!

This is my first time trying this place and I had a wonderful experience. The place was packed and yet they got me in right away. A young man gave me a pedicure and did a spectacular job. They even put on a timer for 15 mins to ensure I got a full massage during it. They offered the other services but did not force any on me. I will definitely use them again and recommend the place to others.

I have been coming to the Nail Depot for 6 years. I have been to many nail places and this is by far the best. The owner Amy is friendly and wants to ensure that you are happy with your services.
As with any business they offer add ons and extras. I have never had a problem asking the price and if I was not interested saying no and Amy has always respected me and never pushed.
I see Dylan for my nails as he knows me and my nails the best although I have been worked on by many techs there and have always been pleased!
The pedicures are fantastic and relaxing, they just got new chairs and remodeled with an updated look.
I highly recommend Nail Depot to all my friends — and many of them have switched

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. Nail Depot has jumped the shark in what I can only guess is an attempt to battle the downturn in the economy. While the work done in the salon is far above average, the owner of the joint has perfected the Full Court Squeeze when it comes to pushing every add on available without the benefit of pricing transparancy. Can you say no to it all? Sure. Does having to make for a really uncomfortable hour or so in the chair? You betcha!
I think a lot of businesses have taken this tack when battling a decline in business, but I’m particularly bummed Nail Depot did. Overall I had had such good experiences there but the change in the air is palpable. And that’s only supposed to happen in horror movies. Or something like that.

Learned a lesson on my recent visit… ASK and CONFIRM the price before having the service done… OR you’ll end up with all sorts of $ 5 extras here and there that they tacked onto your bill.
After all of these years of coming to Nail Depot, I WON’T come back here again! This is a very dishonest and desperate way to suck an extra $ 10 from a regular customer. Sad.
There are Nail Salons on every street corner, I’m sure I won’t have problems finding a new place to spend my dollars for nail service.
