My Inails

My first visit today. It was very nice experience. Tech did a nice job! This may be my new nail salon!

These guys are awesome, they do a great job every time no matter who I get. They make wonderful designs. I always get the gel, it lasts a couple weeks (usually 2, but they say they can last up to 3 depending on how hard you are on your nails). It is a little pricey for the gel mani/​pedi with the designs (I think it usually runs me ~80) but it lasts longer, and you don’t have to worry about chipping peeling really like you would normally with regular nail polish. Also, they give you this card with the technician name, the nail color, if you get gel, and guarantee from chips or breaks for 10 days. I drive 40 minutes to go to this place rather than others nearer to me because I know they will do an amazing job every time I go. They do use sterilized tool for the most part, and are clean, although i did notice last time i don’t think they used a new file on my heel, I’m sure if I had asked it wouldn’t have been an issue, they’re always really nice and cater well to their customers.

The ambiance was beautiful, they did a great job making it feel like a salon should feel like. The employees are very nice and they did a wonderful job on my nails (which I’m very picky about). They even had tea, snacks, and kid friendly activities. It’s definitely worth going back.

What a wonderful atmosphere! Everyone was friendly and did a great job! I had a queen pedi that was ever so relaxing and gel mani that turned out wonderful!!!
The chairs are massaging which is nice, and the tubs are lined so it feels much more sanitary.
They have a larger selection of colors to choose from then other places I had been too.
They also greet you with complimentary water, coffee or tea.

i had a wonderful experience here way out of my way but i had a voucher called and spoke great english, driving there i got lost and they gave me directions stayed on the phone while i arrived. once i came in the place was well ventilated i was offered a bottle of cold or room temp water. got a full set my nail tech was NOT rushing i enjoyed that she gave me her undivided attention. it was about closing time i wanted a pedi originaly i only came in for a full set. my tech did my pedi as well it was incredible, even it was 15 min after closing she stayed they all did she took her time and did a splendid job. at no point or time was there harsh upselling
even though i live 1 hour away i will still drive o this place.

I don’t know where to begin with this place is so amazing everyone is very nice they speak clear English it is a very relaxing ambience they give you a menu leaving off of the water made me feel comfortable and not rushed most important it was inexpensive and my nails and my pedicure came out looking fantastic I live nowhere near by and live an hour away I will continue to make the drive just to come over here

gotta give 5 stars for «Slave Driver» and zero star for cheap azz cust who «Scottsdale wanna be », feel sorry for people who has no choice to work there.

I recommend this place to a friend because I know someone who works here… But my friend said she got the worst experience ever. At first I was skeptical but I can see from my friend point of view. She told me the boss here would yell at his nail techs in front of their customers and she would have a very unwelcome and uncomfortable feeling… She also said that the nail tech told told my friend that the boss is really mean to the nail tech. My friend was so surprised she said that to her… Wow I can’t believe it…

Very clean nail salon, very professional and everyone speaks English. This was my 4^th visit there in a years times and I will go back again. Music is very soft so you can actually carry on a conversation. The employees are not speaking their native language to each other. They also have a reward program. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is a hidden gem,(thanks to the tree blocking it in the corner– it’s fairly new. i LOVE that they sterilize everything and are ***clean*** & they are all friendly. Of course if you go during busy hours you’ll have a wait, most clients are walk-​in basis (including me) they have a 7 day guarantee on gel manicures as well. If it chips, they fix it in the 7 day. I have already got my friends to go and they have brought there moms in as well.

Great service, always make me feel appreciated as a long time repeat customer. They are not the cheapest place to go for nails or pedicure, but I feel it is still a great value for the level of service I consistently receive.

This nail salon is is horrible. Everyone is very rude and acts like they hate doing nails and all they do is complain. Don’t waste your money.

Amazing service! Gorgeous mani pedi! Last a long time!!! And if it doesn’t they give you a card for a ten day guarantee with your polish color so they know exactly which one you chose!
They also have a loyalty program to top it off!

I never realized how amazing this place is until I tried to go to a different nail salon closer to my house… won’t make that mistake again! I’ll just make the longer drive from now on. My inails knows the small things make all the difference. They stick to appointment times, give you a 10 day warranty card for gel manis, offer you water while you get your nails done, have a rewards program, have pillows at all the pedicure chairs, and use plastic liners in the pedicure tubs. All the staff is so sweet too! This place is everything you could want in a nail salon.

Absolutely loved the service here!!! Was able to get a full acrylic set with design on all ten for less than $ 40! By the end of the two weeks, there wasn’t any chipping or anything wrong with them and everyone was so nice!!!

Meh. I was tugged from the counter to the nail station after I got there, because the nail techs weren’t understanding what I wanted done. On the plus side, I appreciate when my nail tech doesn’t try to have a conversation with me while doing my nails, which is what happened here.
Very pricy for a full set. I’m not sure if i would return.

I get the gel manicure every 2 weeks and I’m happy every time. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and have never found a place that I enjoy going to regularly. I recommend this place over any other west valley salon. They warranty your gel nails for 10 days! That’s amazing, even though I have never had to use it, it’s there incase.
I can’t forget the pedicure. Well worth the low price, massage, hot stones, hot towel, and massage again! Oh yeah and they have a rewards card. My inails has it all figured out ;-)

I got a shellac manicure with a design on both ring fingers. It was pretty pricey but totally worth it. It’s clean, friendly, and a wonderful result. I am so happy with my nails! I will definitely be back. They give you a punch card so that you can get $ 5 off after a few visits. I highly recommend iNails!

I got the iqueen pedi, a gel manicure, and an eyebrow wax. I spent a bit more than I wanted to, but everyone did such a fantastic job, the place was super clean, and they use good products so I don’t feel so bad about paying a little more. This will probably be my regular place from now on.
