Terrible service. I’ve been working with them for over one year now and have to call on average every other week to report that they’ve missed the pick up. The only thing they offer is to come within the next few days, which often they don’t. The result is my business has garbage sitting out front most of the time.

Acoording to NYc Administrative 24 – 225 (b) «It shall be unlawful to operate or cause to be operated a refuse collection vehicle, including such a vehicle equipped with a compacter, within 50 feet of any residential receiving property at or after 11:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m.»
Yet, you are outisde my window at 3am picking up a dumpster 4 nights a week. Unfair company who doesn’t follow local ordinaces.

I do not recommend this place. They will not return phone calls, are not organized with their billing and there too many hidden costs. Most companies would love additional business but after chasing these guys down trying to schedule a dumpster, I gave up and found a company much easier to work with.

If you don’t have a sticker on your front door to show the city that your store has a licensed sanitation company who regularly picks up you garbage, you can get fined by the city. If you leave your garbage on the curb, and the company doesn’t pick it up, you can still get a fine.
I have been paying these guys since my shop opened back in November, and they never pick up the garbage. I think they have come by maybe 3x since we opened. Go with another company, these guys will take your money ($ 43.55/month) and give you NOTHING in return. I have called them at least 5 times and they tell each time that someone is coming to pick it up. So frustrated.
