I was in desperate need for a cleaning company to come to my home in Pasadena, these guys exceeded my expectations, it was a pleasure to deal with the owner of the Company, they were so professional, well put together, and I love that they use organic products in a home that’s just the best. I had the company come out and clean by 4 bd rm 3 and half bath home and man I was blown away by their thorough cleanliness of my place, my family loves their products gives off a great smell and no harsh residue, I want to extend my thanks to this the owner and this company for coming out not only last minute but providing great service, and I love their flyer offering $ 10 off and 1 free cleaning I am highly recommending this company to all my family and friends, call them you won’t be disappointed.

What a TERRIBLE first impression.
Let me begin by saying that I’m a pretty easy going person. I’m a loyal customer and I’m willing to pay good money for good service.
I have never been one to hire a cleaning service, but my husband convinced me it would relieve a little stress over cleaning on my own all the time, and purchased a Groupon for this company. I was able to call and book and appointment for the following week. I was clear that my dogs would be out of the house at the groomer (at 8) and I had an appointment at 10, so 9 o’clock it was!
Well, 9 o’clock that morning came and went. About 9:20 I decided to give a call, and no response. I left 2 voice mails between the hours of 9:30 and 11:30. Not once did anyone ever answer the phone or call me. I was stood up by a cleaning company with no common courtesy to call and say they weren’t coming.
I will NEVER spend money with this company and WILL be refunded for the Groupon. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and LIVID that they still never contacted me.
DO NOT spend your money here.

This company was highly recommended to me by a close friend of mine. I decided to give them a chance and I’m glad I did. They were very professional and their prices were very reasonable. If you want great quality service, this is the company to go with, Also the $ 10 Dollar coupon was definitely a plus.

Pretty great job. Was on time, cleaned thoroughly, which is hard to find & trustworthy. Liked the fact that they used organic cleaning products, especially having a dog at home. Rick was a pleasure to deal with. Will prob use on a weekly basis.
