I have only been here twice, for a pedicure/full set, and yesterday for a fill, but I have enjoyed my services both times. The pedicure was amazing! It has been a month, and my pedicure looks just as good as when I got it, definitely worth the money. I had a different technician both times, but both of the ladies gave me exactly what I asked for. So glad I was given the recommendation for this place. I have tried many, many nail shops over the years and have never been this satisfied. I will definitely be coming back.

I absolutely swear by Ly Ly Nails at Bayshore! Tiffany has a fabulous team of technicians that are all very polite, professional and personable. I usually indulge in a shellac manicure and Ly Ly or Deluxe pedicure. I’ve tried several salons over the past 3 years and the competition cannot hold a candle to the quality service and atmosphere that Ly Ly Nails at Bayshore upholds. You’re welcome.

Really enjoyed my spa pedicure for $ 45– was well worth it for all of the treatments and paraffin. Nails tips chipped in 2 days and were yellow– even after acetone polish removal. Never going back.

I USED to love coming here. But had a really bad experience. The guy who did my nails was just a jerk. He bent my fingers in really uncomfortable ways. When I told him it hurt, he would let go for a minute or two, then go right back to his death grip. Lol he was filling WAY too rough with the drill. My nails were getting hot. Again, told him so, he would stop, then go right back to it. I picked a polish color, and he started painting my nails with the wrong color! When I told him so, he got ARGUMENTATIVE. I literally threw a $ 20 down and left. Nails unpolished. And went home and finished them myself. NEVERAGAIN. There’s three other places around the area. Go somewhere else.

I had a specific manicure that I wanted(showed a picture to him) and this is what I got. The manicure itself was nice but to pay $ 10 extra for this«design» is completely ridiculous. I will not be coming back for a manicure. On a better note, my friend got a pedicure and she said it was the best one she’s ever had. Definitely worth the $ 29!

I go here every other week to get nails and toes done. The owner Tiffany always does a great job and Kat does a great pedicure. I highly recommend this nail salon. It is very clean and everyone does an amazing job!

I love LyLy-Bayshore! The manager used to work at the Grafton salon. I like her so much, I am willing to travel 40 miles(one-way) so she can do her magic on my nails. It is fun to watch the employees interact with customers. Everyone seems to enjoy their work and the quality is evidence that they do. I have recommended LyLy to my friends and they are equally satisfied.

This is my go-to place for manicures and pedicures. I think the price is pretty reasonable and I have had consistently good results. My mani/pedis look good and they last, and the staff is friendly. Last week i went to one of their competitors down the road and had a bad experience. So I am sticking with Ly Ly.

I had a pedicure and gel manicure at Lyly this past week. I thought the pedicure was very relaxing and the massage was longer than most other places I’ve been too. However their most basic pedicure will cost you 29 dollars. Now the gel manicure I was not as impressed. I was charged 40 dollars and I noticed that one of my nails has a bump on it and is not smooth! I would go back for another pedicure but would like to find a new place for manicures.

Ok. This nail salon is a little less than average, and for the price it definitely deserves 2 stars. Let’s talk logistics. Interior: I appreciate the festive vibe they were trying to throw off(excellent Christmas tunes) but the decorations had a really just-thrown-together feel, and the place didn’t really promote a relaxing feel. Plus the child of one of the workers running around, then coming out if the bathroom bare bummed, was a little weird and again, distracting from the point of a nail salon: to relax and get pampered. The nail tech: she was ok, pleasant and nice, but I wasn’t in the mood to talk, just relax. She showed me the different kinds of pedicures, and sorry but isn’t removing callouses part if the reason to get a pedicure?! It was $ 40 as opposed to $ 29. And she asked me like 4 times if I wanted the other one, I was pretty clearly when I said no the first two times. And during the pedi it drives me insane when they splash the water all over you, hello I just showered before coming here, don’t need another right now. And then, during my shellac mani, she snorted snot onto my hand. That’s just gross. The equipment: the shellac nail dryer looked like it had been through hell and back… twice. There was sticky stuff on the side, and the outside was covered in yellow stains(the pieces themselves were white). Don’t you clean your equipment between customer use or long term storage? As for the mani/pedi itself: she had to fix 3 fingers 2 different times, and from a distance it looks good, but up close it looks sloppy, not what you’d expect from an Asian nail salon(in my experience, those kind are the best). Pedi is nothing to be crazy over either. All in all the only reason I gave this place 2 stars in because the nail tech was nice. And the only reason I went here was because it was closer to me(the one I’ve been to at Mayfair was exceptional, and next time, I will be going there). So no, I won’t be back; this place is substandard at best.

Lyly’s used to be great but now it’s extremely hit or miss. Last time I got my nails done there my manicurist was using his NAIL as an orange stick to push my cuticles back. His pointer finger was literally filed into a super pointy nail to use as a tool. SICK. Also I find it annoying that they constantly are switching manicurists throughout the service. One man will be giving me my pedicure and then get up to let me soak and someone else will come and finish it. weird.

This used to be the place to go when Kevin & Kim the original owners of LyLy Nails ran the store. Now that their sister-in-law bought the store from them, customer service, quality, and professionalism has gone out the window. Like the previous Unilocaler, I too had a similar bad experience(several actually), like I was a burden not a paying customer. Beware, go elsewhere :/

I had been going to this nail shop since it opened about two years ago and I’ve never had a problem. The day before Thanksgiving, I drove by and seen they were open, so I went in. I asked of they were still open, and a women on her cell phone told me yes. The whole time I sat in the chair, I seen the employees taking pictures of themselves. I thought this was odd, as I have never seen the type of unprofessioanlism in this shop. When the girl finally came to give me a pedicure, she explained that everyone was leaving to go to a concert. I ask if she wanted me to leave and she didn’t answer and proceded to take my toe nail polish off. She was extremely rough and I asked again if she wanted to stop because I didn’t want to be rushed out of there, and she didn’t say anything. When she got the cuticle clippers out and started to attack my toes, I told her to STOP. She hurt me! I told her I didn’t appreciate her being so rough with me, and she told me «If you don’t like it, you can get your a** up.» She walked away and didn’t even give me a towel to dry my feet. When I asked another employee about the owner, she said they were inder new management and the owner was the one taking pictures of herself. I started to walk out when the girl CHARGED at me and said yelled obscenities! I have never been treated like this, and especially not at this salon. BEWARE! They have no knowledge of customer service!

Good solid place to get a manicure and pedicure. Staff are friendly enough and they always do a nice job. Prices are very reasonable. I went to another Ly Ly location in ‘Tosa and found that they weren’t as good as this location. Have taken friends here and would recommend to others.
